Gigatrice is weak to fire and your party is limited to Barret, Tifa and Yuffie. Use Yuffie as your main dps to get it on ground then hit it with Tifa to stagger quickly. It gets a bit problematic in the second phase when it conjures cyclones and uses his petrifying breath more often but just keep hitting it with your strongest fire spells and it will go down easily.
