Thanks mate very helpful..especially as yours is the same model as my rig. Did it piece of piss and I'm a nuffy with cars. Also helps when you've got the new filter all hooked up to, before priming disconnect the hose going from the housing to the engine. Pump like mad as per your video and when you get a little squirt come out, re-connectthat hose to avoid an airlock (mechanic mate of mines hot tip). The other thing I figured out myself was when you've got the big plastic nut at the bottom of the filter removed to pump the remaining fuel out so when you unscrew the old filter from the housing it's empty and you make less mess.
Mine was the same, you will need a big bad boy shifter or pair of grips. Bit of a prick as there's not much to leverage off but it's doable. You'll also want a filter wrench to remove it from the housing
A great help for replacing the fuel filter on my 2010 UK Ranger. Cheers, Pal!

Very useful video that helps me to change my diesel filter. Thanks
How about doing a video on valve clearances for this engine. I can't find one on RUclips anywhere.
You should disconnect the fuel hoses from the filter assembly so you can remove it & change it away from the car, that's what I do.
helped me out day thanks legend
