Usually people visit Sudan during December / January. Our winter is like spring for the rest of the world 😂 Other than that, I hope you enjoyed your stay, despite all the obvious hardships.
@@DaveMani If you would've visited during the winter, you would have had a better time. Also Khartoum, in my opinion, is the most boring part of Sudan. The rural areas are better for an experience (North Sudan, the Red Sea, Kordofan). But I'm glad you enjoyed your stay❤️❤️

Sudan my country, the country that never was. Sad to see what it turned into. -The heat in Sudan in unbearable for most of the year. -Prices are through the roof. -Generally very kind people but due to soo many stresses in life not as friendly these days. -Security these days isn't the best, more crime in the capital than I can ever remember -Overall, pains me to say this, but Sudan seems like a failed state, a country with much potential run into the ground.
the fact that majority of groceries come from kenya ,,,,,but positive vibes only....ethiopian airlines are the best eac in terms of logistics but when it comes to hospitality it just hits different,,,,thats why Kenya is the hub of African tourism...they have pizza hut yet their airborne injeera doesnt slap like the one from Karen,,,,

Note: if you don't know your way around, a few locals, myself included, will be happy to show you around
Bro I grew up across the street from it in Arkaweet. I enjoyed the near death experiences since it was cheaper than all the other theme parks and closer than Bahri.
@@wedadosman6205 wow you're an adrenaline junkie.
I've never been there before, all I heard were stories about it
That octopus was very creepy, especially at night! haha I'm no longer in Sudan but I really hope to visit again.
Will take dry heat over humid any day though. I can't stand not sweating in heat, in humid heat even shade doesn't help, but to each there own I guess. 😀
Yeah I thing I would agree with that 👍🏼🔥
Great Vlog Dave!! Love your honest opinions!! Looking fwd to the next vlog! You should visit Mali or Liberia!
Those would be amazing! :)
You remember me when I was in sudan for 1.3 years it was the best day of my life sudan is amazing country and it has a very good adventure
Although negative things in Sudan more than the positive but you understand the situation,Thank you, I’m Sudanese ,
Africa is generally beautiful despite the wars in some countries that brings huge setbacks. That creepy view though😆and usd 54 for a buffet no wonder you was all alone in the restaurant.😅and that part of Sudan you visited was just mind blowing!
Great hotel but way to expensive haha!!! Especially with that view... 😅
The next time you come to Sudan, tell us to show you the cultural landmarks and to determine the appropriate time to enjoy the atmosphere and learn about the nature of the region
Usually people visit Sudan during December / January. Our winter is like spring for the rest of the world 😂
Other than that, I hope you enjoyed your stay, despite all the obvious hardships.
It would for sure be better to visit outside of those very warm months haha. That being said, I had a great time!
Welcome to Sudan, enjoy your time brother. You will not find a more generous human being than the Sudanese in the world. Enjoy your time 🤝 ♥️🫂 Sudanese and proud of my country 🇸🇩🇸🇩
I appreciate that. :)
Im from Sudan and randomly found this in my recommended hope u enjoyed ur stay there ik it may not be the best country ever but its ok atleast
Most food in Sudan is organic, so you'll enjoy it a lot
It was good :)
Sudan my country, the country that never was. Sad to see what it turned into.
-The heat in Sudan in unbearable for most of the year.
-Prices are through the roof.
-Generally very kind people but due to soo many stresses in life not as friendly these days.
-Security these days isn't the best, more crime in the capital than I can ever remember
-Overall, pains me to say this, but Sudan seems like a failed state, a country with much potential run into the ground.
كلامك صح قافلة معانة كلنا والله
I would swim in that pool all day 😍
The thing is, the water was sooooo warm!
I'm really having a good connection with my nurse Sudan colleagues at work here in KSA. Wish to visit the country someday
I hope you do! :)
I am sudanase and i am sooo happy to see this vedio about my counrty 🥰❤🌹
❤️🇸🇩
the fact that majority of groceries come from kenya ,,,,,but positive vibes only....ethiopian airlines are the best eac in terms of logistics but when it comes to hospitality it just hits different,,,,thats why Kenya is the hub of African tourism...they have pizza hut yet their airborne injeera doesnt slap like the one from Karen,,,,
im pretty sure majority of the groceries are from egypt
Haha fair enough. I agree.
You mean Egypt, basically nothing in Sudan comes from Kenya.
@@TheTororist Correct.

Thanks for watching man. Tracey didn't come because I was there for work. :(
Sudan is a such wonderfull country and with humble people
The people were the best.
Thanks Mr.Dave for your video. We welcome to our Sudan and remember, when you depart, you will carry our appreciation and love with you.
Thank you so much.
Thanks for visiting my country I hope you enjoyed it. There is something sad u should know because of the corrupt government. We Sudanese ppl have suffered to make ends meet just get a meal for the day costs alot. Some of us go days without food as they r unable to afford it.
It was my pleasure and I truly wish the best to Sudan!
Okay mate we will go to Sudan for now ,no problem; but where is the video with the family that u have been going on about for the whole week?🤷♂️😂😂
My videos are always a least 2 weeks in the past. Every video takes around 2 to 3 days of filming and then 20-25 hours of editing.
@@DaveMani Wow, you must have some serious work ethic!
Waiting
Now you're fully Kenyan, by initiation through complaining about prices.
