Make sure to check about capital gains tax if you do- a good accountant will ensure you don’t get rinsed

If you do get it & rent it to your business, be prepared in case your accountant says you then have to declare the rental payments on your personal self assessment return as income paid to you by your business. It happened to me, I was renting an office (in my house) to my business and wallop! My beady eyed accountant said I had to declare it as income on my personal tax return. But at least you can claim the cost of tidying it up, replacing fences etc, against tax.

Unfortunately they pulled it from tender whilst the legal battle carries on . But I’ve bought something else instead which will be coming out this week 👀
