Those fuzzies look like the material pilling... It’s not exactly the best early sign of durability, especially considering the cost and low hours you probably had on these at filming. It’s normal for regular clothes to pill from abrasion of the fibers due to certain use, its common on cheaply made clothing and from shitty materials (not saying that’s the case here just saying it’s common in those instances) it’s certainly not expected from any of the prior Crye gens I’ve used...

Sean Koester they feel really similar to snow pants or motocross pants, lol. not sure if that’s what combat pants should feel like as they are my first purchase, but that’s why I’m looking into a new pair. The combat shirt from them is awkward as well, in terms of fit. Again, not sure if this is a common design choice among combat shirts but the sleeves are obviously durable and are made of the same material as the pants, but the torso piece is practically an under armour shirt and it’s extremely form fitting, which can look really odd when the sleeves are really baggy and wide. You’ve been warned

@Malta Convoy so the only way I know to get rid of it is by pulling them off. Also idk if you were in the Army but when I had that damn beret I would use this little fuzz shaver on it. I would think you could use one of those. Up to you on that I would be worried it would eat holes in it. I'm wondering if there is a way to prevent it from happening in the first place. I do kinda remember a type of soap that was spose to help...??? Idk for sure, but I guess Google should have something on it? Or maybe Crye has put something out about it? Either way congrats on a dope ass shirt. I hope to join the Crye club eventually.
I'm 5'5 and I know I need a 30 waist but I'm not sure if I need a long or regular. My worry is if the knee pads end up sitting to high on my legs. Especially because of the price I want to get the right ones the first time. How tall are you and what length do you wear?
I’m half stupid so I’ll start off with that. I can’t make sense of their sizing chart. If anyone has bought a pair already I could use some input on sizing, if I chose my size based on what I wear In jeans will the fit be the same or should I go up one size from that? Thank you in advance.

Mine have been yes
Don't judge you for wearing the Cryes but I definitely judge you for the lulus. JK lol, awesome video man.
Haha, Crye and Lulu go together like PB&J
Bruh I love this dude also I like the vans🤣
“If you’re doing squats which everyone should” bingoooo, squats> rounds imo, nuances in life.
Those Amiri pants with all the holes like the rappers wear are 800-1900, i bet the Cryes hold up better.
They fuzzizes are called pilling. It's weird that they would do that because it's normally a problem with garbage fabrics?
How do you deal with G4 pilling? Just pull them off? Cut them off? Asking because I got a G4 field shirt and it's already pilling on me after one wash.
@@hebrewhooligan5462 Thanks for the feedback, friend. Was not Army but was USAF 2002-2008. I appreciate your helpful post very much. 👍
I buy them for work lol I do Scaffolding and they are perfect
I'm 5'5 and I know I need a 30 waist but I'm not sure if I need a long or regular. My worry is if the knee pads end up sitting to high on my legs. Especially because of the price I want to get the right ones the first time. How tall are you and what length do you wear?
I'm a 30 reg, and I'm 5'10", 170
@@1911syndicate great thanks
Is crye still around????
Yes. Yes they are. Very much
Do the G-3 knee insert holes fit the new G-4 knee pads? basically are G--4 knee pads compatible with the G-3's.
Ghoster not sure to be honest
Yes, G4 has the same knee pad holes as G3

You MIGHT be funnier than Garrand Thumb. You’re welcome. Put me in your drawings and send me some free shit. Thanks bud.
I’m half stupid so I’ll start off with that. I can’t make sense of their sizing chart. If anyone has bought a pair already I could use some input on sizing, if I chose my size based on what I wear In jeans will the fit be the same or should I go up one size from that? Thank you in advance.
2:50 he knows he makes fun of it. (Dog looks back with a "I do" look.)
Greetings from 2021: they still don’t make G4’s in anything other then multicam. Guess my civilian ass is gonna stick to G3’s
They have the G4 in different colors I think it’s the field pants
Multicam
Ranger green
Coyote
Brown
They don’t have a black one or black multicam I have no idea why
Is it straight cut?
As a certified boomer loving to go to the range I wear these operating my lawn mower
That’s as good a use as any.
How was the sizing on this pants? I wear 35 on jeans , im a little bit hesitant getting the size 34 neither the 36, can someone help me decide
I'm a 30 waist and the 30R Crye's are perfect
Wear you kit kings.
Don't beat yourself up about it too much. I wear BDUs and Crye Precision gear for work, and they are such good quality and comfortable, that I wouldn't really buy anything else.
I received a pair and they are pretty baggy. How is the shrink on these after washing? Anyone know?
G4s will shrink about 1.5 inches after first wash.
how did you resist saying "breeze through the knees"
Watch the UF Pro video, I think that one may be up your alley
Super pants. In the USA it is 300 dollars. Unfortunately, in Europe it is about 500 euros
Wow!
@@1911syndicate I would pay $300 for it. But 500 euros is quite a lot. 70% of my salary. I live in a country with a weak economy. Hungary.
There are so many G's in life
Great info 🙌😅
I go running in town wearing my crye g2
I don’t see nothing wrong with wearing combat pants in civilian I don’t care what people will think I love their stuff and I’m gonna wear them cuz I can I love those pants when I only have a chcance I’m wearing some combat pants or tactical looking jeans I love wearing tactical stuff everywhere and I think it’s good to wear combat pants in civilian world cuz you can get used to them and they not gonna fell weird when you wear them
This will be fun; “more reasons that Jake might be an asshole”.
I’ll start…wearing his watch on his strong hand…😂. Just joking man, that was a really good look into the Crye Precision stuff. I had been looking at them for a while, but I couldn’t justify the price in my head. You may have convinced me to take the leap, and be a Crye asshole like you!
You did a great job a differentiating between G3 and G4, and between combat and field. I’d love to see a similar video on their shirts / jackets too. Best video I’ve seen on this subject.
I never understood the entire "this clothing is only allowed for this and that person". If its useful for me and practical I'll wear it. HELL even if i dont find it useful for me and i just like the look why should I not be allowed to Stil weqr them? As long as i dont pretend to be an actual operator or whatever when im not everything is cool right???
Who makes that leather dog collar on your buddy there?
I don't think the guy makes gear anymore, Les Mason
1911 Syndicate oh okay. Thanks for the reply.
1911 Syndicate it looked like one I made a while back. I knew it was a long shot but thought I’d ask. If you need leather goods ever, check out my stuff on Instagram. @goldenagesupply and thanks for the review! Very helpful. Got me a pair. You should get a kickback from Crye.
@@kennybozich Haha I wish, Crye's got bigger fish to deal with that this guy
This dude is fuckin hilarious.
Holy shit I'm apparently an asshole too. I wear mine EVERYWHERE I can. Around the house, wallyworld, anywhere other than church and work. They are comfortable as shit and I can carry my tactical dip can and spit bottle.
Welcome to the club
Which means you wear lululemon leggings or jeans with a white Tee and Jean jacket 😂
How dare you lol
280$... here in Germany they start around 450€.
