They had an amazing accelaration and motor. Yesterday I was watching a video of the Midland Metro in 2005 and I used the stopwatch to count how many seconds it took to go at a speed of a least 25-30 MPH. It took 11 seconds! Amazing accelaration! RIP T69 1999-2015.
Don't forget they were smaller ,lighter . I've seen an Urbos accelerate like crazy cat on steroids, that was when it brand new and on test . They have since updated the software many times since . They have speed limiters on them Have to think of the passingers falling over it goes off to fast 🤣
It uses most of the old track bed from snow hill to pristfield then turns off and goes via road, the track bed has been completely replaced from BR days , bridges track etc
