A prominent politician and human rights activist Hajia Najaatu Muhammad has dared the National Security Adviser, NSA, Nuhu Ribadu saying that she would not apologize to him over corruption statement about President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in a Tiktok video telling Ribadu to take her to court.
On Tuesday February 4, 2025, Nuhu Ribadu through his lawyer, Dr Ahmed Raji wrote a letter to Najaatu Muhammad saying her claim in a Tiktok video that Nuhu Ribadu as the chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, said that as governor, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, and Senator George Akume in that order was the most corrupt governors. The NSA denied saying such. The letter demanded an apology from Najaatu Muhammad to be published in five national newspapers. She was given seven days to tender the apology.
