First, the refrigerant condition in the evaporator (freezer) is at low-pressure, low-temperaure state. Not low-pressure, high temperature. Second, you did not mention if the compressor should be working or not if you are to re-charging a refrigerant in its vapor-state or liquid state. Another thing is, where do you tap the hose when you will do the liquid charging? This is supposedly a very imprtant part of your video. Third, vacuum pressures are not mentioned as negative if you are using inches of mercury units. They are plainly measured from o to 29.92 or practically 30.0 in. Hg. If you use inch Hg unit in vacuum pressures, it is understood to be partially vacuum . Negative numbers in partial vacuum are used as layman's terms if they are referring to SI units. Oftentimes they use 0.10 to 0.99 bar, indicating that it is below 1-bar absolute pressure. Fourth and final hopefully, in all aspects of analyzing the condition of a refrigeration system, it is always the pressure that we depend upon. Not the temperature, and not the amperage. Temperature and amperage readings only come handy as secondary to the working pressure. What do I mean by these? You should be using apressure-temperature table or chart to better understand if the system is operating normally or not. I would like to mention also as to how do you remove the charging hoses - the low side and the high side; is it while the motor is operating still or when it is turned off and wait for some more minutes? If you ought to teach other technicians the step-by-step procedures of charging a refrigerant system, I suggest that you please include them in your next video or if you will edit your video. I a m a person who appreciate people like you who put some efforts, time, and money to educate other people in technical areas like refrigeration. That is why I am giving comments such as these.
