The black clips are in fact shoe clips and the glass beads are lovely but they aren't millefiore. If you Google millefiore, it will show you a good example, just for your reference. I have an old brooch that I bought many years ago at a flea market. Underneath the filigree base it is stamped made in Germany. I only paid $10.00 for the pin. I bought it because I liked it and to this day it has weathered the passing of time very well for costume jewelry.
