Reggie Bush was the visual representation of what every high school running back aspires to be in their careers! He had all the highlights, won multiple bowl games and championships, video game cover (NCAA Football 2007), won the Heisman trophy, AND topped it all off by getting drafted 2nd overall in the 2006 NFL draft! Oh and he won a Super Bowl with the Saints!
That game against fresno state in 2005 got him the heisman. He was a beast that night

Reggie bush is the greatest RB in college football history and was so dangerous that he played like 4 positions when needed and nobody couldn't touch him talent wise and I'll say this that the saints used him right but trade him for some reason but still bush one of the greatest football players ever in college history.

Not even close. Sanders, Walker, Dorsett, and Archie Griffin were way better. You must be under 35 years old. Earl Campbell was better. Mike Rozier was better. Adrian Peterson was better. Bo Jackson was better. Bo averaged 6.6 yards per carry in the SEC at Auburn. Bush had 38 total TDs. Bo rushed for 43 TDs. Most exciting rb ever? Maybe. Best rb ever? Not even top 10.

This guy knows angles. He knows when to widen his angle to burn people.
Yeah. He was obviously fast. But his angles man. His angles not even that. He was soooooooo smart. It just look like he is fast but his brain is processing infinite possibilities with every step that his feet make.
Reggie is the most exciting RB in college football history. He was way more gifted than college defenses could handle. The pro defenses were more equipped to deal with his slashing style and speed because the talent was there to counter Reggie a bit. That said, Reggie had a fine pro career and made tens of millions of dollars so good for him.

I agree. But to be fair Bush would have been perfect in todays NFL. Health aside Bush had better hands than Mc and the speed to burn. But at least he won a superbowl.
The NCAA and USC can erase his name all they want but I'm a real person and when somebody or something amazes me I'll never forget. Reggie was special. And I was lucky enough to see how special he was even before USC, I saw it in HS and Pop Warner. It's time USC at least bring him back around the program. He was a kid who paid the consequences. I doubt USC ever gave back the money ppl paid to go see him and the team or all the merchandise they sold because of him. Let's be real.

I am from Cali but an Okie now. He was not better than The Juice or Billy Sims(OU) that both won Heismans. The JUICE was a football player with 9.6 track speed and knew how to use it.

That was part of the sanctions the NCAA put on USC. They had to disassociate with him for 10 years. NCAA wanted USC to take his name out of all their record books, everything. I know his name was still in the media guides I saw so I don't know if they did. Coach Todd McNair sued the NCAA and won. It was ruled that the NCAA acted with malice towards him and USC. USC ended that disassociation with Bush earlier this year and he has returned to the school since then.
