Before the war, Katyusha and her friend were close. Before the war, they became lovers. Before the war, they went on dates, talking about the future. Until the announcement came. During the war, he left to protect his Motherland and his lover from the Nazis and their allies. She sent him letters only to find out, he died in battle. Leaving her alone and heartbroken. During the war, she never went out with another man. She never went out on a date. She never moved on. She kept the snowglobe that he gave her. During the war she sent a letter to Stalin, asking him if she can command all of his Rocket launcher battalions: the Katyusha. Those she named after her. During the war, she commanded them, she unleashed hell and her vengeance, only for the rockets "scream" to remind her pain and the pain of others that she will create, such as her German rival, Erika. After the war, she continued to not date, to not fall in love with another man. She waited for death to come for her. After the war, she found out what happened to her rival. She was in a nearby Gulag to which she visited her. To atone for what she done to her lover. They reconciled, upon realizing they were similar women, who lost their lovers in that horrible war. After the war, she found out what happened to her German friend when she came by to visit. Her friend was raped by the guards and committed suicide as a result. Katyusha lost someone close to her once again. After the war, she spoke up against the state only to be sent to the Gulag. She fought for her life until the Soviet Union collapsed. After the collapse, she returned home and sat in a rocking chair where the snowglobe waited for her to return. She waited for death once more. After the collapse, she saw a cloaked figure who had no face. She knew who it was: Death. But he sounded remorseful when he saw her. She told him to wait and started to play the snowglobe....that played the song Katyusha...to which she was named after. Close to death, she smiled and listened to the globe, greeted Death with a smile and died. After she died, she was taken to Heaven where she was reunited with her lover and her German friend/rival. This is the tale of Katyusha
At the end after those rocket hit, Katyusha and her men go and inspect the city that had been turned into a ruin by the Soviet artillery. She saw a German girl crying over a dead German soldiers, then the two girl look at each other, eyes in the eyes, Katyusha saw the same hatred, anger and rage in the German girl eyes, that she once had when her love fell in Stalingrad, the German girl was named Erika

April 5th 1973 A lone soldier of the Free Slavic Union wanders through the destroyed city of Moscow. The frontline lies 10 miles North West where the corrupt Soviet Leadership fights to the death against liberation. Bodies litter the street, Soviet, Slavic, Civilian. Dogs eat the dead.. and nearly dead. Then, through the roaring of aircraft, clanking of threads and the popping of distant gunfire he hears it. A small voice amongst the rubble. He looks to his left, beside the husk of a burned out T-55 sits a young girl about 6 years old, clinging on to her teddy bear, singing the familiar song. When asked where's her parents, the little girl only responds with "The men with the funny hats and the black car took them." The soldier knows exactly what happened, so he lies to comfort her. "Those men wanted your parents because they had to go to work, your father wanted me to look after you.. My name's Vasili, what's yours?" "Katyusha." "Okay Katyusha, I'll bring you to my home where it's safe and warm. Would you like that?" "Yes." They both hold hands as the soldier begins walking her back to the camp. All he can think of is what that girl must've been through War is hell

The Eastern Front or as it was known to the Soviets as the The Great Patriotic War claimed the lives of 26 million brave soldiers both men and women and in some reports 40 million civilians Men, women, and children some barely older then two months all due to them being Slovaks. But not all of those civilians were killed by firing squad some took up what ever they could find sometimes picking up even discarded German weapons and fighting back against their occupiers. I hate the Soviet government with a burning passion, but even I will smack someone up side the head that tells me that those of the Red Army or even those of the civilian population who gave their lives for family, friends, for their motherland, or even for shear revenge for the loved ones killed by the Nazi’s were not hero’s of the war. To them I would say this “ most of those who died were braver then anyone here today for they looked death in the face and said “you took everything away from me! Now I have nothing left, but my life to loss.” I will be damned before I accept anyone making their name mud!”
When they came back from the war... when she came back, the glitter of hope and love in her eyes had been taken away. What was left was her body since her soul had been crushed.
This video reminds of the story behind the tank that was named "Fighting Girlfriend". Long story short, a widow became a tankist in the Soviet Red Army to avenge her fallen husband and the tank she commanded received that name mentioned above.
A man can give his own skin for his country, but his woman will simply sell her count to the first buyer in her never ending quest to be "happy" 😊 Exceptions enforce the rule, if there were a few cases of women giving up something for anyone else it's not surprising it became legendary and they made a song about it 🤣 you guys kill me

April 5th 1973
A lone soldier of the Free Slavic Union wanders through the destroyed city of Moscow.
When asked where's her parents, the little girl only responds with
"The men with the funny hats and the black car took them."
The soldier knows exactly what happened, so he lies to comfort her.
"Those men wanted your parents because they had to go to work, your father wanted me to look after you.. My name's Vasili, what's yours?"
"Katyusha."
"Okay Katyusha, I'll bring you to my home where it's safe and warm. Would you like that?"
"Yes."
They both hold hands as the soldier begins walking her back to the camp.
All he can think of is what that girl must've been through
War is hell

EDIT:I love so mush ima sub thx person creater
Bro Same i Play this song in my head when
i am Fighting tanks in War Thunder
Now i can listen this and die. Anyway i become sader everytime too
The Eastern Front or as it was known to the Soviets as the The Great Patriotic War claimed the lives of 26 million brave soldiers both men and women and in some reports 40 million civilians Men, women, and children some barely older then two months all due to them being Slovaks.
This hits even harder now
When they came back from the war... when she came back, the glitter of hope and love in her eyes had been taken away. What was left was her body since her soul had been crushed.
I haven't cried in years. I even forgot what it was like. Thank you for reminding me. I hope more people see this and share my feelings.
Oke no problem, das vidanya
I didn’t cry give me my money
I never cried... but this... is... too perfect... too beautiful... a true love song to my heart
This video reminds of the story behind the tank that was named "Fighting Girlfriend". Long story short, a widow became a tankist in the Soviet Red Army to avenge her fallen husband and the tank she commanded received that name mentioned above.
Yarnhub
Это песня про верность любимому и веру в победу, тем, кто знает перевод, эта песня наоборот поднимает настроение
Loyalty in a woman 😂😂 I'm dead
That's a song alright 🤣
A man can give his own skin for his country, but his woman will simply sell her count to the first buyer in her never ending quest to be "happy" 😊
Exceptions enforce the rule, if there were a few cases of women giving up something for anyone else it's not surprising it became legendary and they made a song about it 🤣 you guys kill me

It's an amazing version of Katyusha. Good animation and I can feel the emotion despite not understanding a single word. Great job to everyone who made this
Whoever sang this, good job :)
It's Planya CH
@@alastoria_va oh thx :D
Why did Planya remove this from her channel? It was her most watched video
She got strike for that video
@@hatsunemaka thats really sad i loved it a lot
Privet Tovarisch, let this remind u that there will be more Katyusha's until we defeat Capitalism.
Is no-one gonna mention how the original was taken down?
The song is not sad but the animation makes feel sad
10 million Soviets never got to see their Katyusha again
5 million Germans never got to see their Erika
If there's a 9th circle of hell, then the Eastern Front is the 10th
U.S.A Story: Told in a cliche with good and bad people.
English Story: History of parasites.
Mexico Story: Game of thrones Style.
Rusia Story: Told with mistreatment and abuse of authority, and of course with a lot heroism but.........Also full of love heartbreak.
Because as the Aztecs said, without sacrifice nothing is achieved, I really understand the pain of this song; the same thing happened in my Mexico, only called our Katyushas Adelitas, and they lover their husbands so much, that they went to get revenge
How many more Katyushas would need to wait on the riverbank, longing for their loved one to come back?
Me(in the future lol)

@@sazurishin9651 i dinn't... I have no idea how I felt too emotional-
WOW! The title doesn't lie. One of my worst fears would be fighting a war I was thrust into and dying and knowing I am leaving my loved one behind and knowing I cannot protect her anymore. And her struggle that continues afterwards... Powerful, Breathtaking, happy and Sad all at the same time.
I like the song itself
But I was more touched by the animated story
Reminds me of the commander for the tank "Fighting Girlfriend", Mariya Oktyabrskaya. Really nice!
Many lives have been taken in wars and it's sad ;-;
Blyat, I'm crying... Honestly, the version we hear every year on 9th of May is way more cheerful-sounding. This one causes opposite emotions...
Is she (Planya ch) removed the video from her youtube? I'm just curious. This is reupload right?
I understand that the "author" does not care about the copyright?
The original was from planya channel, right?
Yes
Well, actually made me cry a bit, just imagine this: You are in WW2 in the USSR. You fall in love whit someone that you haven't seen in years but finally fing him/her. You have plans whit he/she. One of the first days you hear throught your city speakers that your loved one need to fight. He dies. You broke a verry special present that he/she gaved you. You can't do anything about it
I can watch people gun down a cat stuck in a mousetrap with water and not have a single change of emotions. What makes you think this pathetic video can make me cry.
Still nice slow mo katyusha
do you mean like they hit it with like a water gun or something. One of those high-powered pencil looking things

*"i just feel patriotic.."*
*"Why are the eagles of america in this video!?"*
*"They are supposed to be soviet bears.."*
*"Im blyatful at soviet poems(not actually soviet)"*
*"Anyways...*We* salute to all tovarishchis(comrades)"*
There are eagles because in the lyrics of the song while Katyusha walks on the banks of the river she sees a hawk flying.
Oh don't worry his death was expected. Besides he was a singke soldier in an army of millions. Literally no one else cares if his dies. I hate to say it but its true.
It's happening again... I feel so sad for the soldiers that die because of one man's idiocy.
Older men declare war but it is the youth that must fight and die-Herbert Hoover
I agree. Vladimir Zelensky could have stopped it at any moment. but he's too stupid
