Melissa Clark because cheating on your wife and having your daughter lie about it is go dad material. Also condemning her relationship while he had one just like it is not cool. As far as dad's go (in my opinion) Emily has the best dad so the order is Wayne, Kenneth then Byron would be tied, Tom then Peter I put Hanna dad before Spencer's because at least Hanna dad didn't deny that she was his child. Spencer's dad had many affairs and kept her true mother a secret for years he also tried to deny that Jason was his child and idk if he knew about Alex or not ... As for the moms Ella is the best then Ashley and Pam then veronica then Jessica then Mary
@@kaylascountry1189 I think Kenneth is the worst dad in pll he didn't accepted Charlotte for being transgender because when she was young she used to wear dresses before the gender reassignment surgery and he lied to Jason about Charlotte or Charles being real told Jason he was a imaginary friend and when alison asked him about it he straight up lied and after the events of seasons 6a he left rosewood and Alison and didn't even get in contact with her for 5 years and he probably didn't care about Charlotte and despite the awful things Charlotte did she was still his daughter and probably wouldn't have accepted alison for being bisexual and probably never even met his grandchildren
