What rare bourbon did I find bourbon hunting in Northern Kentucky?

- I got lucky finding a bottle of rare bourbon while hunting in Covington, Kentucky. This Buffalo Trace product is made from the same mash bill as Blanton's and they are very rare and hard to find, especially when it comes to MSRP.

I stop at the Liquor Barn Express in Covington, Kentucky and scored a Hancock's Reserve Store Pick Bourbon. This 88.8 proof whiskey is made from the Buffalo Trace mash bill number 2, which is the same mash bill as Elmer T. Lee, Rock Hill Farms, Ancient Age, and Blanton's.

Yeah… the EW SiB is an MSRP in KY of $44.99 because it was Kentucky only for the last 3 years. They recently just released extra barrels to other states. So gobble it up at $32! That’s a great deal! It’s nuts how each state has some different “retail” prices. Cheers Kyle 🥃🥃

Yeah… but the average bar pour for a SFTB pour is around $75, so in the grand scheme of things, they are cheaper on that front. But I understand your point.
