I'm a Mercury News retiree, and we had a newsrack in front of the Peppermill in Sunnyvale. The place was jumping when I'd service the rack at 2:30 AM.
Western Village, in Sparks NV is a Peppermill property, and I've eaten there more than a few times. Never a bad meal. They did remodel the cafe, away from the color scheme shown here.
The Moco Loco looked delicious!
