Great insights here! Always interesting to see how businesses can leverage AI-makes you wonder how many of us will end up doing similar deep dives on our own channels someday. Also, nice touch with the background vibes!
GPT-4o is available in ChatGPT for everyone, the Decision Analysis GPT I made is available for everyone here: chatgpt.com/g/g-UHqEcKMUi-decision-analysis and the Mac desktop app should be available now to everyone as well. The big part that isn't available yet is the new voice mode, but it was announced today that an early version will start getting rolled out to users next week!
Okay okay - but here's my problem if I work in the health care space.. I'm too fearful about HIPAA and privacy concerns. It may take a long time before we can use GPT in the healthcare space effectively.. I'm trying every day to think of use cases that are SAFE And I don't think this is the only industry
There are open source large language models. Eventually most government bodies and large corperations will just have their own versions run on their own server farms. I understand your concern, Chat GPT was banned in Samsung as it was found some of the info they submitted as info to help answer questions showed up elsewhere. So now they are modifying their own for in house use.
HIPAA is a tough one, but @Eoin-B has a great point. Open source models are getting better fast, and organizations will either implement their own HIPAA compliant models, or some other provider will offer it. For me the ChatGPT team plan was a no brainer, not only for the higher message limits, but also because unlike ChatGPT Plus, nothing you say is used to train models. For many businesses I think that is enough for peace of mind, but I agree for industries like healthcare it will take a bit of time.
How about an external program that took patient names and randomized them to a number and then the only information fed into gpt would be the number. When the ouput was done then just take that file and reassign all the names to the numbers (in a program external to gpt)
@@fotalimark that sounds like a possibility, though the system that does that still has to go through HIPAA compliance itself. I'm sure a number of entrepreneurs are working on this!
Here it is! ruclips.net/video/cjZdm30tbYA/видео.html The advanced voice mode is finally available and in that new video I show the top 5 ways I use it in business.
Chatgpt 4o cant even keep and manage a shopping list. That is my Turing test. "Add eggs to shopping list"., She informed me that was not her job, basically.
@@aziz6227 well, I need my AI to do useful things. A shopping list was my first easy task for my 20 bucks.... Now, YOU might want to make the voice tell a joke or talk funny - or flood your customers with AI written crap, hoping to think you actually worked on it, but simply used AI to produce lots of crap. I want my AI to tell me what filter goes in my refrigerator.....gave me a similar, yet wrong model number till I yelled at it....and THEN gave correct info......Nope, a shopping list is a good measure of usefulness.
I saw that you can download this on mac but when chat gpt asked me if I wanted to download it I accidentally pressed the X instead. Does anyone know how i can download it now? will it ask me again?
Yes! You can click on your profile image in the top right of ChatGPT and in that dropdown menu you should see a link to download the Mac app if it is ready for you.
If you want to see real examples of how I use the new Advanced Voice in GPT-4o check out my new video: ruclips.net/video/cjZdm30tbYA/видео.html

Thank you for the video, what do you use to edit this?
Glad you enjoyed it! I have a video editor helping me, but he is using premiere pro!
Are these tools available right now? Or are we waiting for them?

Are you kidding? CGPT4 is the most powerful tool any human being has ever at their disposal
You just have to know how to use it@@ultra1888
Good, Chatgpt basically put you in your place. Why would you use an AI for a shopping list is beyond me.
