I wish car reviewers would do a review on pickups with full load. Afterall, pickup trucks were made to haul things. Magsasaka/mangingisda ako, gusto ko malaman kung etong 1.9L engine ay kaya ang 10-20 sacks of rice or 10-20 drums of bangus and if hirap sya or hindi.
I love Isuzu ung xwind , elf at alterra ni ermats at erpats hanggang ngaun buhay di pa inooverhaul or nagkaproblema makina sa practikal at pampamilya pa. di man masyado mabilis ung xwind atleast makakapasyal ka nang walang problema kasama na pagsunod sa tamang maintenance ng kotse.
I'm not him but I'll share you my opinion. In terms of ride comfort and handling the navara is better. But if you want reliability and fuel efficiency you'd want the D'max. Also the dmax has better standard safety features on the lower end models.
better ride comfort - navara because of coil spring, hauling and workhorse - dmax because of leaf spring and with its isuzu engine durability and fuel efiiciency.
Malayo yan sa Raptor very comfortable , satisfying and so powerful ang Raptor compare to any pick up. Ride of the Raptor is just like driving or riding a car sedan not a pick up. So powerful its like driving a gasoline engine, the response and speed. Sorry, cant get over it. So happy with my new 2020 Raptor. we did a forest guard quarters project on a mountainous area and i had my older dmax 3.0 while my friend has the new navara np300.. We exchange vehicles a lot of times travelling uphill with heavy load to do inspection and my observation was this; 3.0DMAX with 280 n-m torque -- climbing uphill was most of the time a lesser effort. You can climb at 2nd gear at lower RPM on some hills and it wont stall. Thus you save a lot of fuel and is more relaxed arriving at the site. NP300Navarra with 403 n-m torque -- Engine will stall at 2nd gear if you force it to climb an incline. You also need to rev the vehicle passed 2500-3000RPM to spool the turbo max and get the grunt. A lot of times i am on 1st gear climbing up hill.. It was not a pleasant ride and it sure consumed a lot of diesel per trip. Therefor peak torque doesn't always matter and I am still hesitant about its published numbers thus it would be good to know how it performs in actual day to day utilitarian usage.
Negros Home Builders No Sir the quoted max torque of the engine is real. It only depends on the engine RPM. That is why when you see spec sheet torque and power is mentioned as (for example) 280 N-M @ 1400-2200 RPM & 135 HP @ 3800 RPM. Also Sir there are other factors such as: 1) Engine Displacement - DMax 3.0 Vs. Navarra 2.5. Without the both turbo spooling, the DMax being a a higher displacement engine will inherently have more torque at very low RPM. 2) Engine Tuning - One difference that I noticed between Isuzu and Nissan on how they tune their diesel engine is that Isuzu tunes their engine to deliver a flatter torque curve. That is why you don't get the best in class power & torque from isuzu even-though they have high displacement engine. What you get is real world performance just like what your mentioned scenario above implies. Whereas Nissan's tuning produces the best in class power and torque (2500 cc class) 190 PS & 450 N-M of torque. Only with that you have to be at a certain RPM, midrange for the torque and high-range for the power which is not okay fuel economy. 3) Also let's not forget how this manufacturer's choose their gearing on their pick up. The shorter the gearing the better for hauling and travelling up inclines (good acceleration to boot). Whereas a much more higher gearing is good for highways and if you don't go much to high places (better fuel economy in day to day driving on open roads). With that, just what I said previously your really looking for a overall performance. A proper test drive would do it for you.

Look like the alloy wheels of the Adventure. The ugliest alloy wheels in the automotive industry. On the other hand, Strada GLX, Ranger XLS, Navara Calibre and Colorado LT have better looking 16" alloys wheels.

true! max load capacity sa bed with 5 adults inside.
Multicab nga kayang kaya ang 30 sacks na palay tested ko na yan ksi ganyan gamit ko sa sakahan..ito pa kaya na di hamak mas malaki sa multicab..
