I can understand that consumer goods become more expensive, but it's interesting to see how people who blame the president don't realize that inflation is a sign of a growing economy. If the President keeps passing laws that give people money… ie, print more money, he is expanding the money supply… which causes inflation. So yes, it’s kind of his fault, or at least he’s not helping the situation.
