Your guide is easy but not helpful for dual booting with MBR since you dont talk about keeping primary partitions free for Kali Linux. Also configuring Grub is important otherwise it wont prompt for booting to our choice of OS and simply boots to Kali. Good luck for those who didnt know this and got stuck at various stages of installation and had to read through much of the documentation available on Kali's official site, which you mainly intended to skip by watching a video.

I did exactly as you said ,the setup was fine. I have a primary and a slave drive. I partitioned my slave drive. At some point the process asked me if I want to force uefi,I pressed no . And it continued the installation process. I restarted my machine ,but it didn't show me any option where to log, it just showed my Windows. What did I do wrong?
@@onereason9508 actually I didn't. I. Bought a super fast usb stick, and now I boot from my usb. Just don't forget to use persistentence if you're willing to do it that way.

Hi there! Even though I installed Kali Linux by clicking Graphical Install I didn't get the Graphical user Interface asking for User name and password. Its only shows black screen with blinking underscore "_". After pressing the key Alt+Ctrl+F2 I get dragged into a terminal tty2 and in that terminal there I am asked my username and password in text form. After entering my username and password it shows "Username@kali:$". I need to install Kali Linux in GUI mode instead of CUI. Please help me throughout this. I am using the system MSI Bravo 15 having Ryzen-5 CPU and Radeon 5500 Graphics card.. Please help. I really need it.

I installed grub on hdd during the installation process and cant get into my linux os. Idk what happened

It depends on your system specs. It could take anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour I think

If the drive uses GPT then choose primary else go with logical
