Congrats on getting the Carrot Farm!!! All of my characters except for Zootopia are either 9, 9 ready to go to 10, or max!!! I have 29 characters maxed though!!! Btw all characters appear by the hub after being leveled up!

Mickey and Prince Charming are level 10 for me. Got to level Goofy up to level 10 soon, but waiting until I don't have to collect items from him.
And also Anna needs leveling up to level 10. I only have Anna from the Frozen event.

When your done leveling up the character comes out of the castle, so there is where you will find then :)

you can make Mother Gothel level 10 I saw it when you were burning through all the characters Mother Gothel was level 9 and now she can be level 10
