I don't have the skill nor the patience to learn Guile boom loops, but damn it, Higuchi does them so damn clean, it makes me wanna try.

Psshhhh what?!?! THERE is no better theme than Strange sunset from Sfexplusalpha. No mistake, his original theme is classic, but STRANGE SUNSET is one of the best soundtracks through out ALL Street fighter titles. Hands down.

The boom links at the end of the first round made me laugh out loud. That was nuts!

It's easy and doesn't take long to get used to. I have a harder time in all honesty doing regular sonic boom lol
@@MrShinTensei hes talking about perfect boom loops, not just a perfect boom which are insanely tight execution, especially doing them on both sides like Higuchi does
It is very difficult to play guile like this. Need to practice 3-5 hours per day.
Good thing there's combo breakers so you can't get hit 32 times

I could practice this for 100 yrs and still not get it. I haven’t been able to get the drive rush link to do combos. I play SF2 style in 6. I don’t even know where to start to try and do shit like this.
I just played with my nephews (19 y.o), and like you, i use that old school timing.
They couldn't understand how my timing with guile and zangief was better against their fast characters like cammy and Juri. They had the flashier moves cause they learned these ex moves and those stuns in SF6, but that timing takes forever to master, which we had since SF2 in 1990s. Lmao.
Yea I play him like sf2 mostly. It got me to diamond. Those boom combos tho are fucking hard as hell. I usually just do 3 or 4 hit combos into super nothing fancy. I can't do the hard shit at all. I guess it takes a lot of practice
Nah just practice a lot daily and you should get a lot of stuff done everyday. Then do them against real people. You think these pro players just instantly got that good?
