The 'beat' is a genre known as 'miami bass' youre probably too young too remember it.. its from the early/mid 90s.. give ghost town djs 'my boo' a listen too.. its probably the most famous/popular miami bass tune.
I'm much more of a fan of their 'clubland' songs than their rnb ones so me this one is right up there... it doesnt beat their uk garage songs of new jeans, supershy or cool with you but i am a fan of miami bass too so its right after those songs and probably beats eta so it makes my top 5 of fave tunes of theirs.. im guessing youre more into their rnb sound of their first ep.
