The issue Alex and Jamaica has is that Alex is no better than what is already out there overseas . Jamaica does produce goalscoring midfielders which would set him out apart from the rest when overseas clubs are scouting. The JPL is very short on goals and unless I am mistaken there are not many of at all midfielders who have scored 10 or more goals a season. He came close to 18/19 but is not a 1 in 3 or 1 in 4 and stats on goal assists are hard to come by
Unfortunately his experience in Germany was a missed opportunity and a lesson agent's fail to learn. If you are going to send a Jamaica player to a country where English is not a first language source a jamaican ex pat in that city or at least try. I St Pauli is a suburb of Hamburg a major German city there are plenty of Jamaicans there who could have helped him.if someone had carried out some due diligence.
