I tried this and it lasted two weeks in a freshly valeted vehicle. I have no intention of wasting my money on it again

I second on that, I am interested in knowing the longevity of it.
I tested it, after an entire month it still smells good, the first week it was not necessarily strong but it is there… great smelling brand new car. 2nd week was even better after it had settled… 3rd week still there but like 20% less compared to 1st week… 4th week you can definitely still smell it, and at this point is 35% less compared to 1st week….
I am on week 6th and can definitely still smell it… it smells great… definitely worth the $7 or $8 can’t remember.

I hope you didn't buy it. It doesn't work at all. The people that says it works are only trying to make commissions from the sale. The sad thing is that Amazon is allowing the company that sells it to scam people using Amazon. The Amazon good reviews are all fake. The company is paying people to post good verified reviews. A lot of companies on Amazon is doing that also. Amazon knows it and they don't care. I posted my review exposing this and Amazon deleted my review and said it was inappropriate.
No hate or anything, but most gum isn't biodegradable. They are made from polymers (synthetic plastic) that are not biodegradable. Even if so, it would take 500 years to decompose. Unless your chewing an all natural, biodegradable gum, your gum isn't biodegradable. just putting that out there. Love the GTi though!
Yeah gum is resilient as hell. If you swallow it your stomach acid does nothing to it and it just passes through your body.
Here in the UK spitting out chewing gum is classed as littering and can land you a £80-£1000 fine lol 😂
@@TexasTough. It’s considered littering in many US states as well as it should be. Gum is not easily biodegrádale and is the second most common form of littering behind cigarette butts. It can also be harmful to many animals. Littering is littering after all, why would gum be excused from that? Littering is also of course only a thing in public areas like cities, towns, and public roads

Well i don't know what gum your using but most gum is not biodegradable, and i don't know about other states but i do know that is California, Virginia and texas its is 100% liter.
Also it doesn't matter if something is biodegradable or not throwing it out your window is litter nowmater what its is

I know I'm late and this is an old video. Hopefully you've learned by now that gun is absolutely not biodegradable. Technically it's also not food. The gum it self is just used as a medium to carry consumable flavors and sugar.
Also just because something is biodegradable, doesn't mean you can just throw it anywhere. Even biodegradable material are not meant to just be thrown anywhere. They either have to be turned into compost or buried in a place that can accelerate their decomposition. Simply throwing biodegradable material on the ground IS littering.

Drive your car around until it warms up then let it idle. Cold idle wears on an engine because of lack of oil circulation.
In Singapore gum is banned and you can go to jail for spitting it on the ground.
If you have moisture in your car get some silica packets and spread them under your seats they absorb moisture.

@@joedancollard3114 When the engine is idling, the oil pump is rotating very slowly (typically at half crankshaft speed). There’s not much oil volume moving through the pump. As engine RPM increases, the pump turns faster and more oil is pumped. This is convenient because at higher engine speeds lubcrication and cooling requires a greater flow of oil. A cold engine at idle = less oil and more engine wear. An engine under load = more oil and less engine wear.

Left a cup of vinegar over night . Somewhat helped so now I sued this air bomb. I’ll see how it works

I used to spit out my gum but my wife told me it’s toxic if dogs eat it and one of my dogs will eat anything. So I try not to do it anymore, but also who really cares?
I went back to my car and saw the cam stopped spraying and I thought damn o got a dud? Lol. Didn't know it just circulates for that long. Thought it sprayed the whole time lol.
I was actually going buy this the other day. I even had it in my hand to purchase at Auto Zone and saw a can of ozium which I have used before and works really well so I put it back and got the ozium. Was curious how it would work but I felt I could get more uses out of ozium so I had to stick with it.

I lov a manual car. I learned on that and a stick on the column. Gum is litter bc people step on it and it gets gummed up in carpets and wood floors. It probably will end up on your embedded in your floor Mat. Birds can eat that and have major problems bc their crops weren't designed for that. If I took a crap in your driveway and said its ok, its biodegradable.... well...

It does smell like an air freshener but not super over powering...it just is fresh, hard to explain haha

Most gum is actually plastic unless you buy natural gum.
I've got a 2010 Escape that smells like a little of this and a little of that. One of the this and that is spilled coffee not sure about the other smells. I'll give this a try. BTW I'm less than 10 miles from the ocean but I don't think my gum would make it there either :)
Tom D maybe replace your cabin air filter that can also hold lots of nasty smells
@@kameronstout4847 funny story car had 80k miles figured about time to put in a new one. When I went to put it in there wasn’t one. There was supposed to be and I have had the car since new. Focking American car :)
