Covid cases are not so high and I saw people are also taking precautions , so no worries ! Hii bro.. previously I'm told in college interview "I'm stayed in university accomodation"..but I'm not stay there..the rent is too expensive...then I told in immigration officer , I'm staying in my friends room... It's fine or not..??
It's always necessary to provide the exact information to the UK Visas and Immigration centre. You can inform then regarding your accommodation shift. If you have recieved the visa then it's completely fine !
