is it true if you upgrade your paypal personal account to business account everytime you recieve money paypal will hold it for 6 months before you get it?
To confirm my Bank account, I received small deposit on 15th, September. But, haven't received the next deposit from PayPal yet. Should I contact the message center for this matter or wait still?

In business account, I received notification that I need to fill up Business GST number which I don't have. So, I want to downgrade my account to personal account. But one thing I wonder, is it possible to receive payment in personal account. I heard some said it is not possible to receive payment from other that's why I create business account. Besides, to confirm and link my bank account, I have only received one small deposit from PayPal today 15.9.23 and haven't received the second small deposit. What to do. Please reply
I receive payment through my personal account, so yes. Definitely it's possible and PayPal aslo clarifies it officially. And for confirming your bank, sometimes it gets delayed for second deposit but anyway you'll receive that within a day or less after first deposit.
Once again, Receiving and sending payments for selling goods and/or services (commercial payments) is only allowed in PayPal India accounts. It is unable to make or receive personal payment through PayPal account. Is this normal even in other countries? My purpose for using PayPal is Receiving my online jobs like doing, Transcription etc. Will there be a problem in this?

Then login to your paypal business account, using a browser (on smartphone turn on desktop mode) and scroll down to the buttom of the page, click on contact and you'll find a search box right there, all you need to do is search downgrade or upgrade your account and you'll surely can find the option.

I am also on an american account and it does not show such option.
they changed it u need to click on a different button its on the top of the page in the message center

Has it been over 5 days since you added your bank details on PayPal ?

Definitely not, I receive payments through my PayPal personal account. There won't be any problem. It's good for freelancers.
