as long as you do not drink it you should still get the card

You should be able to do it in a team as it doesn't state that you need to be solo. And yes, you can Pack-A-Punch your gun

It would be easier in a team, but tbh I do it solo all the time by accident. I always forget to buy perks because I am talking to chat half the time 🤣

No, you can use ammo mods, just not perks (drinks from the vendor machine)
