You can play with a back three in posession but start with a back four system. I think a 4-2-3-1 or a 4-3-3 with one of the fullbacks tucking inside is much more likely. He has used tactics like that at Real Sociedad B

There would still be a similar problem in terms of the squad structure and the lack of depth in key areas. 3421 or 4231 alonsos style and philosophy would change a fair amount in terms of how the team sets up and how he wants them structured.
@BromSquadGaming I agree, they would need to sign at least one, if not two, center backs and a right back. But if they use a back 4 system they could use TAA as a right back in the Grimaldo role and Vini could play as a traditional left winger basically in the Frimpong role. It's key to get Real's best players on the pitch at the same time. I also think that Bellingham is more suited to one of the 8/10 positions and not to the role of a deep-lying playmaker. They might need to sign a Kroos successor after all.
Great video, but I think a better way to do it as a Madrid fan is to run a 4-2-1-3 just because Xabi is dynamic with the only thing he keeps is his Pivot. Then you can change instructions to make it a 3 back with the ball. Not hating btw I love and use your tactics all the time 🤗

Carvajal could honestly play as RCB but would be risky if Alaba was also LCB
