U need the server to br SLA 30 or go to a private server and be level 30 to spawn him
Now its sla 40 D:
Also u gotta WAIT for it to turn green
Yeah, i have to say though, getting vexorium or whatever the black one is was the hardest. @erastiel2935

How are you supposed to dodge yellow while taking the least amount of damage? (reading in the discord that its side to side movements but eventually it just goes into a straight line)
move away in a zig-zag i think
