LeiliMana fanart falls into a grey area legally. Some works allow it, and iirc Japan creators are really for fan art and lettinf it be sold. (Considering their conventions are usually just doujins being sold)

red river paper sells great semi gloss paper for prints. :) you can look at the paper they have for your specific printer. if you are unsure, they also have a sample pack you can try out for your prints. ^-^
God con prep looks so intense! For next time would it be worth asking Christian to do some of the zombie work with you so you can at least get some sleep?

lol, well if you need A3 size print sleeves, than you need to buy 12in x 18in or larger, might be safer for 13x19in sleeves. My first con for the year will be in Animeboston. Its been about 3 years since I seriously tabled at a con

I had the same problem with my Canon Pixma Pro printer and it could be that you're using third-party inks usually for some reason they screwed up I called Canon and they sent me Canon inks in my printer started to work again so it could either be your inks or your program it depends
+Rebecca smiles Connecting via USB seemed to fix it. The cartridges are genuine Canon cartridges, and it's just the ink inside that's third party, so I don't think it would affect the printer. But I could be wrong!

I know how frustrating it is when things don't go as planned when you're at crunch time. I do craft fairs and it always seems like the week prior to every show is when things decide they don't want to cooperate. Also, there is a scrapbooking tool called the Score Pal that makes it so much easier to score and fold cardstock. You can find them at most craft stores or even on Amazon. For your tags, the mini size would be perfect. It's small and made for card makers and it's not nearly as bulky as the full sized one.

You have a Canon Pro 100! Awesome! that's my printer as well (I have a sticker shop). I recommend that when you run out of one ink, that you replace the entire set because the cycle the printer does when you put in a new ink cart will use up about a third of the remaining cartridges so it's one major waste of ink... especially since I see that you refill your carts. Technically you should have a second set of topped off carts so when you run out of magenta, you replace the entire set regardless of the levels on the other carts and that way you won't be replacing them every couple of days and wasting a ton of ink.

Im so glad that your art room is a total disaster like mine. I just bought that same printer too and the box. Is. Enormous. I actually still have the box in my office. It’s so big it’s like a little table and I’ve been using my guillotine cutter on it 😂

Don’t worry
If you need to do that cut process with the packaging again you should get a thin tape and make a decorative line where it needs taped together
You could print on the back of the ruined prints to use the paper and sell these prints cheaper
The paper is not double sided. The back has text on it, and isn't the same texture at all (it's photo paper).
Watching all that paper get wasted was painful >_< Glad you figured out the problem!

Had the exact same problem with my Canon Pixma Pro 10s printer... I used wireless printing and it caused the printer to just ruin the prints and cancel the printing process all the time. Using an USB-cabel now as well and never had any problem with that until now! :) So definitely can recommend that as a long-term-solution! :D

I've never tried printing my own prints at home, it sounds super tedious and expensive. My heart goes out to you. I get mine done at Catprint, well, I haven't had to reorder in like two years cuz I ordered way too many for the amount of cons I do =u=' But the 11x17's I get there were like 65c US each, on non gloss thick paper, cardstock I think. Well I think I'm rambling, but hopefully everything works out for you xD

I had a cannon printer that would print things crookedly if I used the Wi-fi instead of the cord.... their wireless sucks so much. Probably need to just get a long as heck cord and connect your computer to it forever.

It's really weird to see that your canon printer does all of this stuff, mine (canon pizma ix6850 i think??) never prints if any of the ink runs out, and doesn't stop midway either etc :OO i use third party ink and cartridges too!

For printer problems #relatable. I was trying to print some of my own art for a con and for some reason it printed half the picture on one piece of paper and the other half on a different piece of paper
