My March 7th only has 22% break effect, so the harmony trailblazer would only give dmg boost to Firefly, so no, not necessary. Robin gives an overall attack boost for both Firefly and March 7th.
Break effect March 7th is only best with harmony trailblazer, so it's not flexible
