Great video. One of your vids featuring the Dash Mondo grip, is what made me order a few. LOVE THEM! I just bought for of the TFX chassis from OS3 too. All killer cars.🏁
Nice!! I setup this TFX with the dash wheels and tires before Jerry offered the taller tires for the TFX but I hear the taller tires are a great addition to the TFX line. I also just setup a mondo grip with a 5.5 ohm arm and that thing Flys!!!
The taller tires are a must for the sectional track. But with your Viper track the with lots of tight curves the stock TFX chassis with 19T gear seems perfect.
I know haha I got a new shop light but I didn’t realize it’s a 5000K high bay light but it’s only a 7’ ceiling. I think a dimmer is in order for the future.
@@TheSlotSpot Nice! I had to lean back a bit and make sure my eyes or old "flat" screen wasn't bein wonky.... (PS: Easy fix for channel handle, so you can hide the 1326 😉 )
EXCELENT comparison! Just heard OS3 has come out with some taller front and rear tires for the TFX. Can't wait to get some for my IROC class and see how they do. I have an AFX sectional track and the stock tires are just a tad too low. Thanks for sharing!
I looked at the Dk-4 awhile back but they look kinda weird to me and didn’t seem like it would Handel and good so I never ordered one. I just ordered a race coordinator timing system so once I get that setup I have plans to do some head to head shootout videos. Should be pretty fun maybe I’ll pickup a JAG to see how they are.
This video was filmed using a Professor Motor 90 ohm controller. I have since switched to a Professor Motor 2111 Club Racer adjustable controller. 60-90 is good for Tjet style cars. Higher downforce magnet cars like 35-45 ohm and the new mega g plus cars need 90-120 ohm
@@TheSlotSpot thank you for your answer. I personally own 60ohm (parma eco) controllers and electronic DS 55ohm controllers, my track is quite big (4meters x 1.5meters, 4 lanes, riverside layout). Do you think it will be good enough for stock tfx ? thank you for your help.
Awesome video, of different set- ups on your HO Car’s. Thanks for sharing
Great video thanks for sharing your collection of cars is building
Slowly building. Just hit the 200 car mark
Very nice video and running the different cars on the track. Keep up the great videos 👍.

Correct, the original tires were .352 rear and .340 front He now sells a .378 rear and .360 front. I’m gonna be ordering some soon.
Have you thought of comparing a DK-4 to these cars. I have the performance model and can't seem to keep it on the track. Thanks

nice. what controllers are you running? (ohms/brand etc) just curious. and what voltage are you running your track at?
Professor motor 90 ohm controllers and I keep the track set to 16 volts cause it’s such a small layout.
@@TheSlotSpot ahh very nice. thank you.
How big is your layout
3x9
Great video, wich controller do you use with these, especially the TFX ? how many Ohms ? thank you
