  • Black bears in Michigan have continued to shift more and more into West Michigan and that poses a multitude of problems besides safety. (May 8, 2024)

    Imagine a 400 pound raccoon, that is what you are dealing with.

    A couple of years ago a black bear was hit by a car just north of Flint.

    Who the f would go for a walk in the wilderness without a sidearm??? Protect yourself if you have to otherwise leave the animals alone they are innocent creatures

    Wild animals happen carry a gun and deal with it. We can also say the same about sandhill cranes invading our farm environments. I worked in potato fields for years never had a problem with a bear but sandhill cranes oh yes and they are cranky and territorial much more than bears 🐻
