I’m a paranormal investigator (semi-retired) this is classic. She saw something you couldn’t. She was protecting you. You had a visitor alright. Dogs have been used lots of times to detect entities, and this is a classic reaction to the presence of one.

We didn’t think much about it but my cat usually doesn’t do that.she kept staring then her tail puffed up like she was afraid of something she immediately ran in our bedroom hiding under the bed.soon after she started to yell.she yells at certain things. and it was 3am it was very creepy we freaked out

@Wickety Waack Correction: Personal experience is one of, if not THE least reliable forms of evidence out there. Our minds play tricks on us, and make us jump to conclusions or fill in blanks. The simple fact that there is no solid evidence for ghosts is all anyone needs to know they don't exist. Spilled Milk gets it.
Also, my cat gets like that A LOT in my house. It's not ghosts. There are squirrels that live in the walls. And because of them and their activity, things ARE known to fall on occasion. And no, I can't always hear them. It depends where they are. I have a pretty good sense of hearing too, but if it's somewhere like, oh...say.......a closet, which is full of stuff, I won't hear the movement in the walls, just the thing falling off the shelf. It is likely something similar.

uh... i don't think that could be a ghost... in some incidents its another random person living in your house... i saw a video where a married couple videotaped their kitchen to find that someone was living in their vents... but i'm no professional so it makes sense if you don't believe me, but the video was real.

The dogs were probably looking at where the sound was coming from, not that they could see something that you couldn't. Your eyesight is better than theirs, but their hearing is much better. They can hear vibrations that don't even register as noise to humans. They were just able to hear the sound before it was loud enough for you to hear it.
Here's my suggestions:
A squirrel on the roof or in the attic.
A crow scraping around in the gutters looking for food.
Water pipes expanding or contracting. Water tank refilling. Water heating up.
Air conditioning or central heating system.
If it's an apartment or connected to other buildings, somebody drilling far away and vibrations travelling through the walls.
An invisible skeleton stealing your clothes.

When I was younger, we lived in a house that was really nice, but me and my mom had both experienced multiple unexplained creepy events, and this kind of reminded me of that. Also, I love how the dog put her paw on your lap as if she was telling you to stay back.

Not gonna lie this has happened to me as well I was at a sleepover with my friends while they were dogsitting our neighbors dog. All of a sudden she got out of her bed and started barking with her fur raised. Then it started to slow down to a growl. We left the room(we were scared) and when we came back she was back to her normal self. ( keep in mind that this was a blank wall) I either thought it was a rat (she’s loves to kill them) or a ghost. It’s a ghost. There’s no other possibilities. The noise matches a noise that a ghost would make, and dogs and cats can see ghosts but we can’t so it makes sense.

arry music I’ve heard a ghost in my old house before! 1 was a female adult, the other was a male teen (at least what their voice Sount like) and I couldn’t tell what the female said, but the male said “yes”.
And since no one was awake at that time I knew it was a ghost and not a human being.
And Rae has no one else in the room, and if she did you would hear them speak since someone else would have been scared too! And since no one was in Rae’s room, the sigh like someone took a deep breathe had to be someone in the room. And still it couldn’t have been Rea since you would hear a very loud sigh right up to the camera. So that’s how a ghost sounds and that’s how it couldn’t have been anyone else but a ghost :)

This reminds me of when our dog started barking at the hallway as if something was there. It was weird. My sister also recalls seeing a face watching her from the kitchen window when she went to go get water late at night. She said it was a pale face with reddish eyes. There was also another time where our kitchen lights were changed it the kitchen. We have these lights that can turn directions, and they all went from facing the stove to the window, where my sister saw the face. My brother and sister both recall hearing noises of a broom sweeping in the kitchen at the same time. Our dog also likes the kitchen but I think that’s only because her doggo treats are there😐

It was like someone sighed from taking a deep breathe... but I can tell that it is a ghost that decided to move in, as long as it’s friendly and bothers no one then you should be fine! Also when dealing with a friendly ghost or any ghost, don’t try to talk to them or download a ghost app, as that will scare you more than you already are! I’ve had 2-3 ghosts in my house before so I’m used to it! I moved out of my house a week ago and at night should be the time they do what they want more. What happened with my ghosts at night was, they never moved anything around and basically talked to each other and just moved to oof to room! One time I hear 2 of them talk, 1 female adult, and 1 male teenager! The 1st one I couldn’t hear and it was the female, the 2nd one Wich was the male said “yes”...

I ignored it because that gives them power. Older people in my culture recognize this already. Anyway, when the roommate came back I asked where the sage was and burned it. Creepy shit. I believe this video!!! Also, someone said an invisible skeleton. It may be that as well. 🤣

This gave me goosebumps! I truly believe that animals like dogs and cats have a higher level of perception than we do... I've had cats living with me who have done that sort of thing too... meowing and pawing at something invisible. It's fascinating but very unnerving.

Ok so this is what I think:
A paranormal entity had entered your home and was in your room. Izzy heard something and immediately must have known that something was wrong. So she looked over were the entity was and locked eyes with it. She started barking at it and was trying to make it go away. Then your other dog (I'm sry I can't remember her name) saw the entity as well and started to whimper in distress probably. Izzy then slows down her barking and she most likely knows that this entity is bad news. So she puts her paw on you, signaling the entity that she's protecting you and that she won't let it hurt you.

Lowkey my continuation of it so remember when she said something that they follow the snacks with their eyes. So the strange entity decided to trick the dogs into moving away from rae by using a dog treat that they most likely loved that the ghost knew made them follow it and might or might not have intentionally made it fall the dogs realizing it is a trick goes to your shoes to smell if it was you because the entity might've disguised as you by sniffing your shoes and sniffing the other ones or maybe izzy was trying to figure out if it was a real person or not. Realizing they are not real and maybe wanting to harm Rae they decided to make Rae think they are calm by going near Rae and started protecting her and stood up when the entity tried to come closer you'll see it in the videos she has shown.

My dog did that before, but I figured out after about five minutes that he was freaking out over a mylar balloon. Anything could've weirded her out to start, but you getting extra watchful and vigilant makes them go into watch dog mode, too. My husband likes to do it on purpose and get mine looking for imaginary trespassers. It's freaky in the moment sometimes, but not really that strange.

Im about 4 years late, but it was a spirit. Dogs are notorious for seeing them when we don't and being sensitive to them. The keys to it are the whispering noises, the way they were staring in sync and the hair on their back standing up. Im 100% positive someone visited you.

But my one of my are blind and the other one is almost blind, they were both barking at the same area. Idk my dogs are pretty dumb so I think that’s the reason.

My dog does this sometimes we think he’s just crazy

I know this is an old video. But pretty spooky story. That weird noise almost sounded like a stomach growl when your ear is against the persons stomach. Weird stuff. This creeps me out so much tho, it sometimes happens with my cats and i will be petting them on my bed and then they suddently get in high alert and their heads with move around the room and they make that really low growl sound they make, like the start of a thunderstorm, and it is so precious that your dogs are so over-protective over you, and when paranormal things happen to me i just try and think of the simplest explanation like they are just looking at a tiny bug flying around the room or something.
