Loved this game when it came out. Not seen these levels for 20 years! I remember that secret level "Tier Drops". I thought it was a really original level since it's a different background in each side of the square you run around, plus when you jump into one hole, you come out of the ceiling in a different zone even though it's the same height as the last zone.
Thank you so much. I was stuck on the babk part. I didn't even realize i picked up the red card 😂 And i thought i had to do a puzzle to open the big vault. I didn't see the card pad too 😂
When Duke Nukem was released, there were different versions of the game and one of the versions I've found out was Duke Nuke 3D and that's how I heard of the game but there were other versions as well such as original Duke Nukem that was released in 1991 and the other one in 1993 and then came the 3D version in 1996. But for me honestly, I liked the 3D version.
My favorite episode of this game is Bank roll. Why because sometimes when I played the level, I sometimes would clear out the bank by killing all the aliens and when it came to the bank vault, I kill more of the aliens and toss in a pipe bomb and blow up the entire bank. And kaboom!!
i don't know what causes this but when i first saw dn3d i thought it was pretty similar to real life now im squinting just to tell what some of the sprites are supposed to be
I guess it's all relative. You've seen it all and the bar keeps getting higher. At the time Duke3D came out it was one of a kind. Visuals, audio, interactivity, attitude; all coming together to form something spectacular. Also you just might be getting old. Get your eyes checked. :D
Some of the enemy graphics were digitized photos of actual figurines, like the people at iD Software did with Doom. Also, yeah, of course that a game that has over 20 years is going to look really outdated by today's standards u_u, tho it's still one of the best FPS games out there.
lol, I must have hundreds of hours on the game and never found out. I kind of remember shrinking one more than 20 years ago by emptying my shrinker on him and since it might be the only time it ever happened, I started thinking I had imagined it.
Bro you showed no mercy to those octabrains haha
Those self destruct robots are a pain in the ass lol

nostalgic. invested hours into that game
0:23 - the greatest Duke Nukem line!
Fun fact: that line is from "they live".
@@eljaminlatour6633 in "They Live" though it was "I have come here to chew bubblegum and to kick ass and I am all out of bubblegum".
It's time to kick ass and chew bubblegum. And I'm all out of gum.
great flashbacks in my childhood playin with my older brother THANK YOU
This takes me back 🥰
Very nice. You do everything there is to do in the levels and you pwn the monsters like crazy.

@@TheTonttu well yes this is offcourse pretty logical but i mean like it seems older graphics actually get worse over time

A dreamer.😂😮

NICE SKILLS BRO
Aww man, you didn’t let Duke sing karaoke
played by crazy maniac :):):)
ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh he didnt' have the guts to play Episode 4.
Or did he?
No, that cowardly bastard. (ノಠ益ಠ)ノ彡 ┻━┻
Anyone know what the flying monster that shoots butt rockets is saying? It sound like “suck something something idk” lol
I think they are saying "suck it down".
@@TheTonttu omg 🤦🏾♂️🤣🤣
They use distorted versions of duke's lines as sounds for some reason
since when can you shrink mini bosses? I remember emptying my whole shrinker on them with no effect
Some weirdness with the game. You need to aim at their feet or at least slightly down for the shrink blast to hit them.

@@LeFaucheur It's harder to do on the classic version with auto aim on but it's still decently easy if crouch aiming at their feet
@@tonygabashvili8357 I replayed the game without auto aim recently, and shrank a few mini bosses.
Mac and c64 versions disable that
I don't get it did humans build these secret wall doors with high grade metals that lead to hell?
