Прелестная девочка. Очень точные, легкие изящные движения и не разделены между собой. Это танец Эсмеральды. а не отдельные элементы. Она молодец, она танцовщица.
Yujin certainly has the coquetishness that Esmeralda requires, and excellent balance and controll in her characterisation. She needs to be a bit careful on her pirouettes and their finish, but this young lady is set up fot a great future in ballet. You go girl. A gorgeous performance, bravo, well done.
I think her technique is beautiful! Quite amazing! All the constructive criticism has been said already, so I’ll leave it to everyone else to read that!
Молодчинка! Многие демонстрируют очень высокую технику, но не у всех это танец. А у этой чудесной девочки именно вдохновенный танец. И бубен слышно, не просто бутафория. Браво!
Shoulda picked a different variation.. this variation calls for a stronger dancer with impeccable rhythm. Ms. Park has gorgeous lines an with her build she woulda done better with a giselle variation, SPF variation, or even an odette. I will look for her doing other variations tho BECAUSE she has such a beautiful and promising facility!
OK, Jolly good girl, Very strong in her timing, and positions, BUT, lacks the fire necessary for this role. ( Mind you, she IS only 14 years of age, so that is at the moment both understandable and forgivable) but I do agree with a lot of the comments, that at least pro-tem, Esmeralda is as yet for her.
Well, to be fair, I'd actually a bit creeped out if a 14 year old projected coquettishness and "come hither" appeal. She's doing a good job acting the show-off aspects of Esmeralda's character and that's really all I'd expect from a girl of this age. Give her time and I'm sure she will grow into the role.
@@chooseyourpoison5105 14 years is just enough to show coquetishness, shes not 5. she’s great but the role demands that character and sassy and powerful energy, it’s a variation, maybe it would be more mature and demanding for a 10 year old and under, but 14?? that’s more than enough to start showing coquettishness in a role, don’t be so ridiculous, it’s just a performance and no need to make this a big deal when it’s not, there’s a difference between being coquette in stage and being coquette in real life, don’t mix it and tag this as inappropriate when it has nothing to do with it
Years later, I have YT suggest this. Then they suggest same girl, same role, one year before at age 13. I think the critique is justifiable, plus there is currently a young child of 8 who has performed it beautifully. I do love her lines, though, and will look to see her improvement on timing and role playing in other posts.

I think they are given limited choices for these competitions. You see a lot of Corsairs from the boys, for instance.
