Max Verstappen started karting at 3 years old. Spent the next 14 years dedicating his life to getting into F1. Managed to get an F1 seat with Toro Rosso (Red Bull's second team) at 17 years old because he's such an exceptional talent. But yeah, I'm sure RB just offered a seat alongside him because she drove on an F1 track once😅 And then she was like 'Naww I wanna have kids...' Ok, as a lifelong F1-fan, here are few points: the car she tried in Spielberg was not a Formula 1 car, it was Forumula Renault, sponsored by Red Bull! Formula Renault is one of the series you race on your LONG way to F1. Red Bull would NEVER offer her a F1 drive after a test in a Formula Renault car, that is sure. What they probably offered was a deal in Red Bull junor programme in smaller series. They groom future F1 drivers (Max Verstappen and Carlos Sainz are products of that for example) in the junior programme. Also, I assume she did not mean it that way, but she comes off extremely disrespectful towards real F1 drivers: as if you can just enter the series when you decide to change your career.
She's an incredible and accomplished athlete. All respect to her because she'd earned it. But there's a zero percent chance she is capable of making it to the F1 grid. F1......? what !! noooo.......first off learning to race a full blown twin engine race cart on a sprint track would be a baby step and for most people these are fast and furious. ex alpine ski racers have been known to be good race drivers and a friend of mine drove the trans am series which speeds of 185 mph are part of it. the age race drivers start to learn is early on just like world cup ski racers.Lindsey Vonn was one of the greatest ski racers of all time now retired and should start the family she would love to have . i still remember when she burst onto the world cup ski race scene and was still racing slalom at a elite level. just keep your fitness level up and try trail running if thats possible given the injuries from the past and learn backcountry powder skiing using climbing skins. i have gotten the best skiing ever in the remote mountains with this equipment from mind bending extreme steeps ( 55-60 DEGREES) to deep powder and worth every penny and there is no speed limit out there away from lift served ski resorts. just learn about mountain alpinism and rejuvenate your love of skiing/adrenaline.
I always find this so disrespectful of the people that can do things at elite levels to think they can just do something else at an elite level. The amount of time and work you put into your craft to be great at it is the same amount that they put into theirs to be great at it. Sorry you just can't show up and take a make up class.

Vonn likes hearing herself talk.
Sure she could do F1, she would just be 20 seconds off the pace
F1......? what !! noooo.......first off learning to race a full blown twin engine race cart on a sprint track would be a baby step and for most people these are fast and furious. ex alpine ski racers have been known to be good race drivers and a friend of mine drove the trans am series which speeds of 185 mph are part of it. the age race drivers start to learn is early on just like world cup ski racers.Lindsey Vonn was one of the greatest ski racers of all time now retired and should start the family she would love to have . i still remember when she burst onto the world cup ski race scene and was still racing slalom at a elite level. just keep your fitness level up and try trail running if thats possible given the injuries from the past and learn backcountry powder skiing using climbing skins. i have gotten the best skiing ever in the remote mountains with this equipment from mind bending extreme steeps ( 55-60 DEGREES) to deep powder and worth every penny and there is no speed limit out there away from lift served ski resorts. just learn about mountain alpinism and rejuvenate your love of skiing/adrenaline.
This chick talking about the autobahn.. I was doing 136 in a 350z before I had to focus on the road ... on I-95 , goofball
She could've been a glorified mascot, lol. She could've run around with that red bull thing on her head lmao
I always find this so disrespectful of the people that can do things at elite levels to think they can just do something else at an elite level. The amount of time and work you put into your craft to be great at it is the same amount that they put into theirs to be great at it. Sorry you just can't show up and take a make up class.
Zero percent chance she could be an F1 driver. This was all a joke. No way anyone would seriously consider her a candidate to drive one of only 20 seats at the highest level of auto racing over young drivers who have been racing since they were literally in kindergarten, with even more former drivers that would jump at the chance to get another seat. What a bunch of bullshit.
Lindsey COULD do F1.....because she has "speed perception and attenuation". She's COMFORTABLE....going fast. That skillset is harder to master than the mechanics of the actual driving. And she could kick Danica's ass....and legacy to the curb.
I think it is easier for Trump to beat the Marathon World Record. 🤘🤣
Pk won't let lindsey out his sight smh that shit is crazy
Everyone's gangsta, doing it for the love, until they realise peeps get Mo money in another sport...
F1 with team red bull would be nothing but for publicity
I have a saying for this, ignorance is the devil dancing on your head and you don’t realise fire is burning your feet... she is disrespectful to any aspiring F1 driver who is putting their balls on the line to get an F1 seat.. she is way off in her attitude!! And Harvard!! That’s straight up insult
Guys, its the whole "media telling women they are better then men", thing.
Some of these bimbos actually believe it cause they saw it being done in a movie.
Too funny.
And sooo sad.
F1 is easy and Von can win it easily! After she goes that fast downhill!
F1...give me a break. What a joke, and she has been for many years now.
Vonn thinks she's in that Tom Cruise movie, Edge of Tomorrow, where she can relived her mistakes, died, and then tried again, except Vonn can redo it a million times and still can't an f1 car.
I started ski racing ,switch to motorcycle racing ,and went to automobile racing . The line of what is fast and too fast is the same. A roll cage for somebody like Lindsay Vonn would be like us playing with Kids toys.
Have kids? She can't even keep a man LOL
Lol
Totally lost interest with that F1 comment. Utterly ridiculous comment
She could have done F1 because she understands that most critical of aspects called “the race line” - which is vital to understand.
F1.......😂
A lot of people “think about doing F1” you know lmao. That nonchalant tone of entitlement is so demeaning to actual F1 drivers with talent and a genuine commitment to excellence and not just interviews with a nobody
she s so materielistic
They actually they she would made F1 wat a joke.
! ❤
Lindsay is actually living it,and the armchair critics all have negative comments.
The armchair critics probably know what they’re talking about unlike her lmao, F1 is like chess on a rollercoaster and she doesn’t exactly seem like F1 material given those comments in that car
these comments are like "you cant do f1" thats fine because she is the greatest of all time in skiing which is a real sport unlike playing with go-karts
this is what happens in todays world when women are deluded by their feminist narrative that “they can do anything”. No, they cant.
20 of the most skilful and talented drivers in the world who have dedicated most of their lives to the sport get to line up on the grid of F1………i have not even talked about F2, F3 and junior and other up and coming categories. what an egotistical fruit loop.
Delusional...
Huh?! Ohhhhh F1 🤔
Haha, that’s just BS.
COOL
All these "negative" (but true) comments but no one acknowledges that she'd probably slay Danica Patrick in the first race.
Lol
Lol
