Suzuki RMX250 dirt bike rebuild | Part 1

Today we start a new project, rebuilding my fathers RMX250. Unfortunately we have never really got this to run due to low compression, so I have decided to tear it down and find out what the issue is in this video. Stay tuned for part 2.

That quarter turn procedure is actually to extend chargeable service minutes.
The head and barrel do not have expansion propertys.
It is literally words to confuse a customer to pay more.

That’s very interesting to hear. I have always thought, and been told that metal warps when being torqued and untorqued unevenly and this is why the manual always states this.
