Thomas: Again you have made the best minimalist wallet a little different. The Shroud has always been my favorite design you make. So simple. Wish I thought of it. But adding one layer just took it to another level. Terrific. Simple, elegant and functional. What else could anyone ask? Just ordered the water based contact cement you show. Itching to try it out. Usually use Masters contact cement. Or 815. Now I have another choice.
You should design the shroud with a snap closure.

0 and 1, 0 for mono layer, 1 for multiple glued layers
Quick question: the Tokonole that you apply inside, on the flesh side of the leather, is treated only with cloth, right?
What are the chisels or pricking iron you re using, and if so why chosing one over the other? french versus diamond tip? And what is the reference of this pricking clamp ! ty your work is amaizing!
