    We grew garlic as perennial, without having to plant cloves or bulbs in the fall. If they come in clumps, you can divide them. They come up ever year.

    How do you use that much garlic before it goes bad!??

      a lot of it gets used during the preserving season when we can things like salsa, tomato sauce, etc. other than that, i guess we just use a lot with our normal cooking since we cook most of our meals at home.
