The Goat Character is Called Ornn, he is a some sort "Demi"God, preparing weapons against the void (the creatures Kai'sa is fighting), It is believed the void will invade Rneterra this year in a upcoming event.
So the people on the snowy place are from a region called Frieljord where there are 3 main tribes and theirs is kinda fucked cause they dont like eating vegetables nor being pascifists so they came up with the idea of stealing a magic bowl with magic soup, if someone drinks the soup he/she won't have to worry about food for an entire year. A demigod has the bowl wich is the thundery polar bear that apears in the sky whom is giving the power to his followers to become half humans half electric polar bears in order to defend his land and the magic bowl. Also the woman riding the giant boar is Sejuani and is the leader of the tribe since all tribes live in a matriarchal system. The guy with the axes is Olaf he's just a crazy viking.

The video in the forest is pretty old and it isn't much lore based. The lore back then wasn't even a thing, i mean there was some for each character, but at some point they have oganized it, add a lot of new storylines and made it all connected, they created a coherent world. You may say that this is a continuation of The Warriors video, both are canon to each other, The Call took place about 2 years after The Warriors, those are bassically the most current events (because the story is taking place over thousands of years). Actually there are 4 cinematics that flash out the current situation in league world, Aweaken, Warriors, Ruination and The Call, in that order. Arcane is also a canon and it took place more or less at the same time as those videos, shortly before The Warriors. Story in Arcane is more grounded, but as you can see there are characters that are litaral gods and demigods, there are threats that can destroy whole world and those are like main events. I can't wait to see series like Arcane in other regions :D I think they started with Piltover, because it is small region and characters are not that involved in the worlds history, so they are easier to introduce than characters from other regions. Btw. there are also parallel universes for skin lines. For example there are KDA universe or Odyssey universe, which aren't canon to main lore, but they have its own lore.

the guy with the spear is pantheon basically kratos. the meteors that hit him and Leona are from a character named Aurelian Sol. the guy at the forge is orrn he basically the forge god. the blonde woman on the bore is Sejuani the other male viking they focus on is Olaf. he was told he would die in his sleep in bed so now he roams trying to find someone to kill him so he dies with honor instead of in his sleep. kai'sa killed a void beast when she was young and it basically conjoined with her as second skin which is the suit she has on. taliyah the girl with her that can stone form and move the ground. the huge beast that came after then is Rek sai and her off spring.

Kaisa got exposed to the void but instead of turning into a insect void creature, she just got a second skin (her father jumped too save her too and he turned into a void creature without having a memory of his past i guess)

in one of necrit's videos he said, that it is not a-sol according to riot. so we don't really know the origin of those comets.
