I feel the same whenever i read comments on Illenium's videos. I mean I love Illenium but come on you can't just say that type of stuff in the comment section of garbage stuff like First Time
Even as someone who still like Excisions music, this is kind of a step down. It's not bad, but could be way better. I mean if we got another Wooli collab, or a collab with an artist that hasnt collabed with Excision yet like RIOT or Neonix that would be great, but no, we just got a mediocre album. Hope he improves from here as well as the year for EDM.
Unpopular opinion: Excisions new album fucking slaps. May not be the same melodic generic dubstep he used to make, but the game is changing and he’s definitely a game changer.

Although breaking through might be his best album imo, i personally really liked this album. Some songs ive been waiting forever on like decimate, cough drop, the last elder, and osiris. The drops actually sound similar. Decimate and the last elder both have an extremely similar sound and tempo especially on the drop, almost like its the same layout of decimate just with a slightly more gritty riddim type sound. Id say the album is 7/10 if our fire and hypnosis wasnt on this album itd definitely be his worst forsure
Huge drop off from Apex imo. Tons of songs that just sound stale and too much like each other, only tracks I really like are Cough Drop and Salvation. Sucks to see it but I feel like Excision is just becoming washed up
it's not objectively bad it's just not you're thing I can tell these songs are pretty detailed it's not just a straight forward song the synths are pretty thick there's song that I don't like but my favorites are definitely the last elder, Decimate,Our Fire,Crusher,Back to Life,Reborn,Clockwork, Encounter.
Unpopular opinion coming in here, I thought this album was decent, however when you compare it to the BEASTS that are his past albums, this is definitely a step down. It could be because I'm not too picky sometimes as well as Excision is one of the artists that got me into this genre so its probably nostalgia too.

Super disappointing. Not even close to being as good as his other albums. Although I did enjoy Hypnosis, Salvation, Cough Drop, and Back to Life. And the fact that there are only 4 song I really like says a lot about this album.
Yeah gotta say I was not at all a fan of this album. In my opinion, Demisaur was definitely the best track on this album. Gotta say I was really disappointed here.

Definitely not a big fan of this ep. I was suprised at first but when i heard some of the tracks i am disappointed.
