She was laughing because the question she was asked suggested she had someone come over in the middle of the night, which, with some imagination, is a bit sexually suggestive. She had also not slept at all that night, so I wouldn't expect her to be 100% focused on everything happening around her. In my opinion, what Trump said about Jon Mccain (which was non-ambiguous direct disrespect) was far worse than this. Sure, the Benghazi attack could've been handled much, much better, and she wasn't the best SOS, but this isn't what the president does. Hillary is far more competent with foreign policy, and, despite what Trump says, she does not want to take away any of your rights.
