    Professor Tom, How do your know the actual square feet or have any major defects of a building or a house is qualified the requirements of construction drawing? Have any certificated professional( independent third party ) to assess ? Thank you

      @@TomStephensontraining I’m being considerate for a commercial superintendent role ( it’s been 20 years since I was in the ground up world). So I essentially need a crash course!!

      @@TomStephensontraining Actually all building codes related to construction.. I just migrated to Canada..Also it will be helpful if you discuss those building codes in video...
