So we are going to explore it a little deeper here and unpack some of Class 1-A's family tree. Fun fact: Todoroki's scar was actually frost burn, Todoroki can handle heat, but because of his mother, boom! Scar, that's why you don't put ice on burns

quick example: endeavor has stated that touyas fire quirk was much better than his. also as a mix between rei and enjis quirk, so touya skin was very sensitive to heat. endeavor stopped training touya because he couldn’t control his quirk. so, assuming the scars on dabis face are burns, its another peace of evidence. No the doctors won’t let Todoroki dad see her but she is in love with him and so is Todoroki dad he gives her . Her favorite tip of flowers which she only told him one time in there relationship
@Rodrick Young both of them are broken in different ways, but honestly the fact that he admitted her to the psyche ward and didn’t send her to the ER is actually indicative that he recognized that she was mentally unstable and couldn’t stay. While most of the core abuse or issues circle back to Enji the catalyst for most of it is actually their first born. Enji doesn’t know how to be a father, only a hero, and he sold/demanded touya to be better than him (something all parents want from their children) touya didnt want that warm love from his mom, he just wanted to make his dad proud, but his quirk was taking such a toll on him that Enji told him to stop and that he couldn’t be a hero, the one thing Enji could offer was something Touya could do so there would be nothing for him. At this point there was no abuse towards rei from what ive seen, but touya kept pushing and training when enji wasnt there, which meant rei wasnt watching/stopping him and he was getting hurt. In the couple of interactions we see between touya and rei she tries to talk to him and he blows her off then she just backs off. She knew he was sneaking out to train, and the only one that ever yelled at him was Enji. Touya then attacks shouto and rei when shouto was an infant or toddler, which is why Enji separated the family. That must have been difficult to see for both of them, a child so desperate to be something he forsake his own safety something he wanted so bad he would try to hurt his own baby brother, Enji doesn’t know how to fix that and neither does Rei, so they don’t. Then Touya sneaks off, having a fight with Rei who did try to stop him but ultimately backed off, i don’t think she called Enji either or anything to try to help. And Touya died. That couldn’t have been easy for Rei at all, that was her first baby, and it was because she backed off that he left and died. Enji never showed up at the meating spot Touya demanded he go to because he didn’t want to try to give him hope that he could be a hero and Touya died. That was probably devastating for him because his own son died and he didn’t do anything, because he didn’t know what to do. It was after this that Shoutos training intensified and the abuse against Rei started, most times that he got physical with her were when she would try to stop the extreme training, training that Enji probably viewed as the only thing he could do for shouto to ensure shouto didn’t fall like Touya, Rei on the other hand tried to have shouto enjoy normal things so his focus wouldn’t be obsessive like Touyas. Both Enji and Rei had scars they didn’t know how to handle nor probably recognized. As for Natsu, well he never had a dad, his brother died pursuing what their father wanted them for, his mom was an abused women and his baby brother might as well have never existed, all he ever experienced was a man that took people and sometimes they never came back. Fuyumi is strange to me honestly, but most likely she just wants to move on so that the pain can be buried, while she doesn’t demand they all forgive she doesn’t want that pain to dictate their life now, because hanging on to things that cannot be changed can only hurt them, and ultimately was what drove Touya to die, because he couldn’t let go of something he couldn’t change.

Actually it is thought he has an ice quirk that very slowly manifested so the weak constitution may have been from a normal body dealing with fire, but that was the change he was talking about, that he possibly wasn’t getting burnt anymore because a low key ice quirk was keeping his temperature down, just like shouto.

@@zenzonerzz4789 That's what I meant when I said that his quirk SLOWLY cooks his flesh and I think that he lowers the temperature of the flames so that it is still as hot as Colby Brock but it doesn't actually cremate the body of his enemies.

Bakugos dad - “acid” is likely nitric acid as nitric acid+glycerin makes nitroglycerin

Touya was presumed to have died from his blue fire quirk named cremation, all they could find of him was his jaw and I believe a few other body parts were also found. Noticed it yet? Dabi and Touya share a quirk, they are also both missing their jaw, now I know the hair colour isn't the same but ever heard of something called ✨Hair Dye✨. If you don't believe me that's fine, this is shown in the chapter/episode named Dabi's Dance. This is why Dabi only gave his name as Dabi and never told the league of villains his real name, it's also the reason for him hating Endeavour and Shoto (Later he changes his mind about Shoto I can't remember when he changed from hating both of them to just Endeavour)

Toya Todoroki is actually Dabi.
Toya, the firstborn, inherited Enji’s fire quirk, but inherited the body structure of Rei, meaning that he could not handle high temperature. Also Toya’s firepower was even greater than Enji, so he had the potential to succeed Enji.
Enji still desired the child that had the equal power of ice and fire. When Shoto was born, he was giving attention to Shoto more than Toya, and made him out to be a failure
They thought Toya burnt up in a fire, but he lived and is now known as the villain Dabi.

Alright so the Bakugo bit helped connect a lot of dots for me.
So Nitroglycerin is produced by acid catalyzed nitration of glycerin. So their quirks coming together to make Bakugo’s totally makes sense. Plus. Glycerins lower heart rate and blood pressure. So if Katsuki and his mom are both producing those types of chemicals internally their bodies would have to constantly pump out adrenaline to keep their heart rates up. Which would explain him and his mom’s insanely aggressive behavior.

In the character profiles at the end of the earlier chapters, it seems like a lot of the characters' names are puns or are very meaningful. You guys should make a video explaining some of these names.

@@feealler9404 Imma throw something on the table real quick. When originally creating My Hero Academia, Mirio was actually meant to inherit One For All, but it has later beem changed (obviously) to Deku. Not sure exactly how much this helps, just though it was worth mentioning.
