some korean food that I recommend off the top of my head are tteokbokki (떡볶이), kbbq, korean fried chicken, gmajatang (감자탕 a bit annoying to eat), jjajangmyeon (짜장면), budaejjigae (부대찌개), soondubujjigae (순두부찌개).
rough intro:
tteokbokki - rice cakes in spicy broth/sauce. - preferably from a food stall, like the ones in a traditional market(for example, namdaemun market(남대문시장))
gamjatang - pork bone stew. It has a rich broth, but the meat comes stuck to the bone so it's a bit annoying to eat, but delicious nonetheless.
jjajangmyeon - black bean noodles. Technically korean-chinese, but it's nothing like the chinese counterpart.
budaejjigae - army stew. A stew made of some food items left over from the american army, like spam and beans, along with other ingredients.
soondubujjigae - soft tofu stew.
you should also try some of the street foods from the traditional market in general, although I just found out that you already left korea.

I will say something that may be controversial, would love your opinion on that. Gragas W is actually his best spell! Deals good damage, makes AP Gragas hella tanky and allows you to heal with your Passive without wasting your other abilities. I think that ability is completely overlooked, but it is THE reason why AP Gragas works so well, cause you survive a lot more than other AP champs
