Hi doctor, i have nose similar to her, thick and droopy alla and the round inside tip, lumpsum mine also looks like her but her nose bridge is in good shape , mine is broad, should i opt for surgery , i had decided to done osteotomy for reducing nasal bridge broadness, pls share surgeries are safe pr not , i don't want it to just improve i wanna make it better, my other features are good enough but the nose spoils everything ,

Believe me it's not painful at all. Dr. Contessa did my nose here in the US. The lidocaine helps a lot to numb your nose. The only painful part but very quick pain was when she injected the lidocaine(numbing product)
