Naaa, Oud for Glory is amazing and the hype is there for a reason, and Sublime doesn't smell like Oud for Greatness at all, complete different scent profile, not sure you even know the OG......;)
I have this one and I absolutely love it. I was expecting a deeper, more mysterious scent after Amethyst and I agree, the bottle is misleading. But I love Sublime all the same. It is a beautiful scent that I love to wear. I find it quite different from Sakeena, though same DNA

I actually hated Amethyst. So did a lot of my people that I had smell it to see if I was crazy or what. I got medicine, raid spray vibes. The pink pepper was way to overwhelming. This sublime sounds a whole lot sweeter & clean. Thanks for the review!

Kayali is a niche house, not designer. Dupe houses dupe popular profiles, it may not make sense to you but Kayali Eden is a popular DNA and it’s not surprising that dupe houses are taking a shot and giving it a twist that might appeal to an older demographic hence a much more grown packaging.

So that is why Lataffa chose this one to dupe. It’s their research of the market that drives them👍🏻. I haven’t picked this one up yet, as this line - Amethyst etc. tends to go musty, dusty for my liking. Fragrance world Apple Delice is hard to find in the states😢.

You are so right about Eden. It smells exactly like an apple B&BW body spray that I wore in middle school. It smells juvenile, inexpensive, and it doesn't last. If Sublime is a dupe for Eden, I don't think I'll enjoy it. I was hoping it had the depth of the others from the Badee Al Oud line.
I thought the whole line was duping Initio Parum. They did Oud for Glory, Aromic Rose and then there one in a white bottle which I think is Musk Therapy. However, Initio does not have any red bottles.

I sold mine. It was way too sweet, candy powder, no staying power. Absolutely a teen girl to early 20’s feminine scent, I’d be very surprised to smell this on a man.
I got my bottle about a month back when it first started coming out. I was not blown away. It doesn’t have the same lasting power that the other two do. I don’t feel it has gotten better in a month . It’s nice, I like it, but it just doesn’t have that Umph the other two do. It’s almost too fruity. I thank you so much for reviewing this fragrance. Because it’s pretty much how I feel about it as well. Did you get a pink pepper note? It might be just me.
This was my thoughts on this fragrance, when I found out what it was duping. I expect something from the Initio red line, keeping with the theme of the other two. In the UK you can get Kayali for around £30 anyway. Disappointing.
Yes you are right this perfume when it arrived was a blind by and I was totally shocked I was waiting for some awful oud and it and I didn't have it it's very fresh and very clean and fruity smelling and dry down is exactly what you said so I didn't pay a lot of money for it and I don't have Kayli eating juicy Apple I don't know but if it's anything like it that I'd estate myself about a hundred bucks so that's great it's nice but it's mostly like you said for warmer weather where I live at but it's not a disappointment is it stop it smells Pleasant so I can wear it and anybody could wear it thank you for your review I appreciate it keep them off I'll keep on subscribing😊
Thanks for the review Cee! I felt the same about this one. I watched multiple reviews on RUclips and seeing everyone's reaction I expected bit more. It didn't wow me at all! I much prefer Amethyst even with the rubbery oud😅 I already have In Red by Maboussin and they smell to me quite similar with Sublime being more fruity and sweet! Oh well, I have both now😅 I'd be more interested in Arabic dupe of Kilians Woman in Gold as I am searching for a very close inspiration. If you know any please let me know!😊
Morden Muse Le Rouge dupe is Elizabeth Tailors Enrouge. That’s the only dupe l know from the Estée Lauder line. Also check out the La Rive perfumes. They may have a dupe. I did a dupe compilation video for them a while ago. It’s on my playlist. 💕
