So far all is edible & is as tasty as if freshly bought. They were kept in the house & out of direct sunlight. Be careful picking up vinegar there are some
Out there now that is ONLY 4% acidity.Which you need 5% acidity for canning newbies might not no this or might not notice the label. And evidentially someone said the FDA deemed it okay for labels to be inaccurate. Just saw that on Patera’s channel.

They say you don't have to re-package freeze dried coffee and others say do re-package it, so I did, I transferred it to a brown bag, put in the label and then into a vacuum seal bag and vacuumed sealed it... Sugar was vacuumed sealed on the wet setting, so it doesn't pull all the air but seals it. So far, my sugar isn't hard but regardless, it will become hard over time no matter what.

Jenny....I have lived in many states and England 3 yrs. Dad was military career.
Now, lived in LA, FL. ENGLAND 3 YRS , UP NORTH 3 YRS. ON AND OFF BASES IN MAINLY HUMID CLIMATES IN STATES. NOW, 57 YRS IN TEXAS....YES. WE ARE SWELTERING HERE IN DFW AREA. HOUSTON AT SEA LEVEL....HUMIDITY HORRIBLE. SO, STARTED THIS FOOD....3 1/2 YRS AGO. NEVER HAD THAT MUCH FOOD IN MY LIFE MONTHLY. I AM 77 NOW. STILL LOST MY MIND AND BUYING FOR SON, WHO JUSTS WORKS, FINALLY MET A GIRL AFTER 12 YRS DIVORCED AND CUSTODY OF KIDS AT 9 AND 7. WELL, ALONG COMES THIS MESS. NOW, EVEN IN COLD WAR. WHICH NEVER ENDED..MY MOTHER NEVER STOCKED UP AS IN PREPAREDNESS IN 50'S OR 60'S. SHE USED HUGE PRESSURE COOKER. SO, WHAT I AM SAYING IS....I, BY MY SELF, GDKIDS 20 AND 18 NOW, SON, SOON 49...I HAVE WATCHED YOU KNOCK YOURSELF OUT FOR LARGE FAMILY YOU SAID LONG AGO WHEN SHOWING MYLAR BAGS AND BUCKETS WITH THERMO SEAL LID THAT COST MORE THAN BUCKET. I BOUGHT 2 CASES OF BALL CANNING JARS IN QT., PINT, JELLEY GLASSES FOR STORAGE. I NEVER SAW MY MOTHER CAN A THING. MAYBE WHEN GROWING UP. NIW, I DID FREEZE BAGS OF BEANS AND THEN SET OUT. SO MANY PEOPLE COMMENTED ON MANY CHANNELS THEY NEVER REPACKAGED SPAGHETTI IR ANY NOODLES, BEANS AND ETC. NOW, I HAVE BOUGHT STERILITE LOCKING TOTES, THAT WILL NOT LEACH INTO ALL MIXES OF ANYTHING I HAVE PURCHASED. WILL LABEL. RIGHT NOW, IN 2 BR APT. UNLESS I TEAR DOWN BED.....NO MORE ROOM. I HAVE BEEN BUYING CANNED GOODS ALL ALONG. NOT ON A FARM, NOR HOMESTEADING. REARED DIFFERENT. I AM WORRIED ABOUT THE HEAT IN SOUTH. ALASKA GRANNY HAS IT MADE. I HAVE 2 PANTRIES FULL. I AM TRYING TO REORGANIZE. NOW, SON HAS A FRIEND...KIDS GONE. I GET SS CK 1X MO. I EITHER HAVE TO TRY AND GET MAJOR THINGS FOR MYSELF AND NOT BUY FOOD FOR 4 MONTHS. BUT, NOW, FOOD IS A MESS. SO, I NEED NEW GLASSES, HEARING AID, NEW TIRES 2 AT A TIME AND DENTAL WORK 😂. I KNOW IF I STOP BUYING FOOD ESPECIALLY NOW WITH START OF CAMPAIGING, MY FAMILY MAY BE KNOCKING ON MY SENIOR COMPLEX DOOR. I KNOW WHO MY PRIVIDER IS. AMERICA CAN BE SAVED.. EVERYONE NEEDS TO PRAY. THIS IS A FIGHT BETWEEN GOD AND SATAN. WE KNOW GOD ALREADY WON WHEN HE TOSSED OUT EVIL FROM HEAVEN, BEFORE MAN EVER CREATED. WE FACE, SUCH EVIL THAT ONLY GOD CAN FIX..FOR A TIME. AMERICA NEEDS TO TAKE CARE OF AMERICA. THERE WAS PLENTY IN 50'S AND 60'S AND BEYOND., UNTIL. NOT SPEAKING OF ANYTHING THAT OCCURED IN GREAT DEPRESSION, DUST BOWL, PLAGUES IF GRASSHOPPERS. THE PKG GOODS IN ZIP LOCK BAGS IN LOCKING TOTES I AM GOING TO SESL UP AFTER PUTTING BAY LEAVES IN TOTES, WITH DUCT TAPE. I AM PRAYING THIS WILL BE ENOUGH. NO, CANNOT BUY 25 YRS FOOD, THAT ONLY LASTS 1 YR AFTER OPENING. SO, I AM DOING WHAT I CAN, BUT I CANNOT AFFORD TO DO BOTH FOOD AND NEEDS IN SAME MONTH AND AMERICA IS NOT REBUILDING OUR MFG PLANTS, PLENTY OUT OF WORK. THE BIGGEST DEBACLE SINCE GREED OUTSOURCING IN 80'S. NO ONE IS DOING ANYTHING. I DO NOT BELIEVE GOD IS HAPPY WITH AMERICA. WE DEDICATED THIS NEW WORLD TO HIM, IN HIS NAME FOR HIS GLORY. YOU AND A FEW OTHER CHANNELS ARE ALL I WATCH IN THIS SUBJECT. IF I SEE 1 MORE FLAT IRON, .. I USE CURLING IRON. THOSE FLAT IRONS COST UP TO $100. UNBELIEVABLE. YES IT WORKS, BUT NOT IN EVERY PERSON'S SITUATION. GREAT SHOW AND EFFORT YOU CONTINUALLY SUGGEST. MOST ON YOU TUBE HAVE A WELL, SORING ON PROPERTY, GROUPS OF ORGANIZED PEOPLE WITH DIFFERENT SKILL SETS. LAND AND FARMS HAVE ALWAYS HAD TO BE PREPARED. IN A METROPLEX, NO, MILLIONS NOT LEAVING. THE FARMS WILL, AND US MAKE IT BY THE GRACE IF GOD. KEEP UP YOUR IDEAS. BLESSINGS.

    Thank you for your video.
    Great advice.
God, I'm so prepped up I don't know if I'm bragging or complaining. True story.
White sugar was on sale today @ $3.29 for 2kg (4.4lb) That's $32.90 for the ten bag bundle. What I used to pay $12.90 for.
    I didn't get any, ...
I'm keeping my eye open for a large(r) bottle of real vanilla. All they sell around here is 50ml, $6.68. ... tiny! But so profitable!
I'd even buy Vanilla Beans and try making my own, if I could find them to buy. I don't buy much over the internet and don't want to get into the habit either.
But man, it's a handy tool to have. This interwebby thing. I could see me becoming addicted real fast. Provide Amazombie their eternal and entitled profits eh?
And it all started with the Vanilla Beans, ... (I lie, it was the Mylar and Oxygen Absorbers that did me in)
You know, I could buy a gallon of artificial Vanilla for $12 and can't help wonder would freezing the stuff help its shelf life?
$12 would be a cheap price to pay if it worked and not too much lost if it didn't.
Then there's this stuff, ... "Bakery Magic Artificial Vanilla Colourless/Clear Extract - 4L $40.38". Never heard of it before but if it had a good shelf life, ... it would only cost a little more to find out eh? What's $40 in this day and age? Lunch for two?
The Wholesalers was sold out of their 50lb bags of Baking Soda so I missed out. The place is two hours away so I'm thinking of having an order or two delivered and paying the delivery. It can't be that much money and it's right to my door.
    How convenient.
Keep up the great work and good luck.
