I'm currently reading that book too. It's very good, even though I know everything that happens. Well at least with Hamilton and Eliza's marriage. It gives more detail on the war and other stuff. And it's in Eliza's perspective.

For those looking for the book, it's "Alexander Hamilton: Writings (Library of America)" on Amazon. Kinda pricey at almost $30 and no Kindle version. Bummer.

I love this so much. Lin needs to do an audio book with him reading Hamilton's letters, along with his own commentary. Of course, given the number of letters that we have, there would probably be multiple volumes of Lin reading them. Still, I'd buy every single one of them.

She didn't burn all of them.
The musical says that she burned his letters but that's a little historically incorrect. She burned all of her letters to him and burned a few of his. That's why we see Hamilton's letters to Eliza but we never see Eliza's letters to Hamilton.

Hi Howard, just wanted to say thank-you, THANK-YOU! for filming & uploading all of these, I've spent my Sunday watching them all! one of the things that strikes me most is how enthusiastic & passionate Lin Manuel is about other performers & his cast. It must feel terribly sad for the cast that remains & it appears they are truly a family, I wonder if that is the reason for all the departures as they feel it just won't be the same. Lin seems like such a warm, caring & very cool guy, I hope this is true & not just someone who can put on a really good show. I am in England & though 'Hamilton' is coming to London next year, I don't imagine I will ever be able to A. get a ticket or B. afford it. Were the Ham4Ham 's his idea? they remind me of West End Live where the West End shows all come in to Trafalgar Square for a weekend & it's completely free, it's wonderful & something I love to attend. My only hope is that The National Theatre will pick it up & broadcast it live, many, many thanks!
