Join Mario on an epic paper-adventure to collect the Crystal Stars before the X-Nauts do! The nefarious X-Nauts are after the treasure behind the Thousand-Year Door! With a map from Princess Peach, and the help of a few locals, Mario journeys through a colorful world made of paper to find them first. To prevail in this quest, you’ll have to level up Mario and his friends, master timing-based attacks and badges to impress the audience on the stage of combat, and make use of all the abilities that come with being cursed-er, conveniently made of paper-like folding into a plane to cross big gaps or turning sideways to slip through narrow openings. Leaf through a storybook world with charming characters in every fold. Surprises abound in this deep and engaging tale, where everyone’s got something to say and it’s often not what you’d expect. Mario will meet all kinds of interesting folks on his journey, like the upbeat and studious Goombella and the shy but determined Koops. Some of these characters will need your help with their own quests, or even join your party. Others, like Peach and Bowser, have stories of their own that you’ll play between Mario’s chapters! A classic turns the page, bringing fresh visuals and updated features. Twenty years after the original game on the Nintendo GameCube system, this version for the Nintendo Switch system has revamped graphics, and a suite of additional changes that make the game easier than ever to enjoy.

The Power Bounce badge is absolutely KILLER especially on bosses, I’d recommend equipping it. Damage Dodge is also really good
Yes The Lottery is rigged it is not fully random generated, How The Lottery works is depending on the time since you bought the ticket, if it’s has past 4-10 days since you bought the ticket you will get fourth place prize, if it has past 25-35 days then you will get third place prize, if it has passed 85-115 days then you get second place prize, and it has passed 335-395 days then you will win first place prize, if you check any other day you will lose the lottery, the prize are just some rare badges and great items.

Hey Zack, I’m pretty sure that for the tattles, if you check the thing, you can see question marks by the names of enemies you haven’t logged, and a book by the ones you have.

Zack, don't hit people in the crowd with useable items. You don't gain from hitting those with boosts for Mario!
I recommend the quick change badge. It will be very handy in boss fights if you have to swap out partners.
Power plus (for mario) is also really good.
Something to start thinking about: I also would recommend you stacking up ultra shrooms and jammin jelly, and store them inside the item shop. Withdraw when you're near as it will come into play with the final boss. You will get a few of both as you progress through the game and there are a bunch in the final chapter so don't worry if you didnt stack up enough of them.
Use your shine sprites to level up your partners
Hey Zack, just a head up. In chapter 3, you will fight a lot, so if you like fp moves, choose that when you level up, your gotta need it. If you need more advice, i'm on chapter 5 so hollar if you need me😊
BP is more useful overall, but FP is still more important than HP

@@invisible13575 well, badges aren’t just for attacks, they’re in a big part in the customization of your playstyle, you can go for an offensive badge load out, a defensive one, something in between or maybe just something really unique, who knows
I'm more offensive, I only use badges that give me moves 😅

Focus more on BP (Badge points probably) you can get MP & HP badges so focus more on BP and find the badges off HP & MP
Edit:With the board there’s an interesting quest I don’t know when it’s unlocked (maybe star 4)

Hi zack, there is a way to switch between targeting of enemies in the battle. I'm not sure which button it is, but there is a way to change it and not always attack the first enemy

in the journal segment of your menu, there is a map portion that shows each location and the percentage of collected shine sprites/star pieces. Do note you can't collect all of Rogueport's until after chapter 6

so on chapter 3 (warning: spoilers) in the lobby there will be cake left as a gift so don't eat it bc it might be poisened and it will show up again and don't eat and just let the koopa eat them.

Little tip for you: If the health bar for an enemy shows up and you don't have the Peekaboo badge equipped, that means you've already used Tattle on them

Go to floor 20 in the pit of 100 trials to get the best badge in the entire game equip it immediately
Now, I'm not saying to do it any time soon, but floor 50 has a really helpful reward that you'd probably want as soon as you're able to reach there...
